'You Are My Answer'

**[Verse 1]**

When I was lost in the darkest night
You came to me with Your holy light
When all my strength had faded away
Your gentle voice called out my name
p
I prayed for peace, You gave me grace
I found Your love in a broken place
Through every tear, through every storm
You held me close within Your arms

**[Pre-Chorus]**

You heard the prayers I couldn't speak
You gave me hope when I was weak
And now my heart begins to sing
Of all the joy Your mercy brings

**[Chorus]**

Jesus, You are my answer
You are the reason I stand
When I am lost in the darkness
You gently take my hand

Jesus, You are my shelter
My everlasting light
Your love will never leave me
You walk with me through the night

**[Verse 2]**

I asked for strength, You gave me trials
You walked beside me through the miles
I asked for wisdom, You showed the way
To trust Your word from day to day

I asked for love, You opened my eyes
To see the hurting and hear their cries
And in the hearts that needed care
I found Your presence waiting there

**[Bridge]**

Not my will, but Yours be done
My hope is found in Christ the Son
Through every valley, every sea
Your faithful love is carrying me

Hallelujah, I believe
Your grace is all I'll ever need
Forever Yours, my heart will sing
All glory to my risen King

**[Final Chorus]**

Jesus, You are my answer
You are the reason I live
More than the blessings I prayed for
Your love is the greatest gift

Jesus, You are my Savior
My everlasting light
Forever I will praise You
My Lord, my hope, my life

**[Outro]**

You are my answer
You are my song
In Your amazing love
I belong

Amen, amen
To You I belong.
