제목: 기적을 일으키는 믿음.

본문: 마가복음10:46~52절

46그들이 여리고에 이르렀더니 예수님께서 제자들과 허다한 무리와 함께 여리고에서 나가실 때에 디매오의 아들인 맹인 거지 바디매오가 길 가에 앉았다가 47나사렛 예수님이시란 말을 듣고 소리 질러 이르되 “다윗의 자손 예수님이여, 나를 불쌍히 여기소서.” 하거늘 48많은 사람이 꾸짖어 잠잠하라 하되 그가 더욱 크게 소리 질러 이르되 “다윗의 자손이여, 나를 불쌍히 여기소서.” 하는지라. 49예수님께서 머물러 서서 “그를 부르라.” 하시니 그들이 그 맹인을 부르며 이르되 “안심하고 일어나라. 그가 너를 부르신다.” 하매 50맹인이 겉옷을 내버리고 뛰어 일어나 예수님께 나아오거늘 51예수님께서 말씀하여 이르시되, 네게 무엇을 하여 주기를 원하느냐? 맹인이 이르되 “선생님이여, 보기를 원하나이다.” 52예수님께서 이르시되 “가라. 네 믿음이 너를 구원하였느니라.” 하시니 그가 곧 보게 되어 예수님을 길에서 따르니라. 아멘.

할렐루야!! 사랑하는 교회 공동체여러분들에게 하나님의 신령한 은혜와 은총이 교회 공동체여러분과 교회 공동체 여러분의 가정에 그리고 교회 공동체여러분의 사업과 가정 위에 충만하기를 주님의 이름으로 축원합니다. 아멘!!!

설교문:

사람들은 오늘의 이 시대를 일컬어「불신의 시대」라고 합니다. 아무리 좋은 말을 하여도 믿지를 않습니다. 정부에서 무슨 말을 하여도 이제는 국민들이 믿지 않습니다. 정치인들이 혈안이 되어서 온갖 미사 어구를 동원하여 그럴듯한 말을 하여도 믿지 않습니다. 그것보다도 더 큰 문제는 강단에서 주의 종들이 아무리 목청을 돋우어 하나님의 말씀을 전하여도 감동이 없다는 것입니다.

성경에 보면 이 시대를 가르쳐서 “패역한 시대.” 또는 “믿음이 없는 시대.”라고 했습니다.

예수님 당시에도 예수님께서 그렇게 기사와 이적을 행하고 또 예수님 자신이 하나님의 아들이요 메시아임을 말씀하였어도 믿지 않았습니다. 그래서 예수님이 말씀하실 때는「진실로 진실로」란 말씀을 많이 하셨습니다.

그럼에도 불구하고 하나님은 이런 시대 속에서도 믿음으로 살라고 우리에게 말씀하고 계십니다. 믿음으로 사는 자 만이 참 하나님의 자녀요 하나님의 백성이 된다는 말씀입니다.

우리 사람들은 종종 “믿음으로 살면 무엇이 좋고 믿음으로 살면 무슨 유익이 있으며 또 무슨 역사가 나타난다는 말이냐?” 고 말하곤 합니다.

그러나 내가 믿음을 가졌다는 것은 액세서리가 아닙니다. 내가 진정한 신앙의 사람, 하나님의 사람이 되었다는 증거이며 믿음을 소유하였다는 것은 하나님의 능력을 소유하였다는 것입니다. 할렐루야!!

실제적으로 금, 은, 보화를 가지고도 얻을 수 없는 것을 얻은 것입니다. 그러므로 우리교회 공동체여러분들은 오직 믿음으로만 살아야 할 줄로 믿습니다. 아멘!

믿음으로 사는 자는 하늘 위로 받겠네

무슨 일을 만나든지 만사 형통하리라

다 같이 한번 따라 하시기 기도합니다.

「기적을 일으키는 믿음」오늘의 설교 제목입니다.

오늘 본문 말씀은 예수님께서 예루살렘으로 가시는 길에 여리고를 지나가게 되었는데 여리고 성문 곁에서 매일같이 길가에 앉아서 지나가는 사람들에게 구걸을 하는 바디매오라고 하는 소경이 고침을 받은 사건입니다. 이 사건에서 교회 공동체여러분들은 아주 중요한 사실을 깨달을 수가 있습니다.

길가에 앉아서 구걸을 하던 바디매오는 왁자지껄 떠들고 웅성거리는 소리에 무슨 일이냐고 물었습니다. 누군가가 대답하기를 나사렛 예수님이 지나가신다고 하는 말을 듣고 바디매오는 예수님을 향하여 소리를 높여서 부르짖습니다.

“다윗의 자손 예수님이여, 나를 불쌍히 여기소서.”

그러나 바디매오의 부르짖는 소리에 많은 사람들이 오히려 바디매오를 꾸짖습니다. 바디매오는 낙심치 않고 오히려 더욱 큰 소리로 예수를 부릅니다. 이 소리에 예수님이 걸음을 멈추시고 그를 부르라고 하십니다. 예수님이 부르신다는 소리를 듣고 바디매오는 앞이 보이지 않지만 겉옷을 벗어버리고 예수님 음성이 들리

는 곳을 향하여 달려 나왔습니다. 예수님 앞에 불려온 바디매오에게 예수님이 묻습니다.

“네게 무엇을 하여주기를 원하느냐?” 소경이 대답하기를 “선생님이여 보기를 원하나이다.”

이 말을 들은 예수님은 소경 바디매오에게 말씀하시기를 “가라 네 믿음이 너를 구원하였느니라 하시니 그가 곧 보게 되어 예수님을 길에서 따르니라.”고 하였습니다.

이 말씀에서 예수님은 바디매오의 믿음을 보신 것입니다. 그리고 그 믿음을 축복하신 것입니다.

예수님은 병자를 고칠 때에 그 사람에게 믿음이 있는지를 먼저 시험해 보셨습니다. 그리고 믿음을 칭찬도 하시고, 축복도 하시고, 소원을 이루어 주셨습니다. 할렐루야!! 성경에는 이런 말이 많이 기록되어 있습니다.

“이스라엘 중 아무에게서도 이만한 믿음을 보지 못하였노라.”(마8:10)

“침상에 누운 중풍병자를 사람들이 데리고 오거늘 예수님께서 그들의 믿음을 보시고 중풍병자에게 이르시되 작은 사람이야 안심하라 네 죄 사함을 받았느니라.”(마9:2)

“딸아 안심하라 네 믿음이 너를 구원하였다 하시니 여자가 그 즉시 구원을 받으니라.”(마9:22)

“이에 예수남께서 그들의 눈을 만지시며 이르시되 너희 믿음대로 되라.”(마9:29)

“이에 예수님께서 대답하여 이르시되 여자여, 네 믿음이 크도다. 네 소원대로 되리라 하시니 그 때로부터 그의 딸이 나으니라..”(마15:28)

“예수께서 이르시되 딸아 네 믿음이 너를 구원하였으니 평안히 가라 네 병에서 놓여 건강할지어다.”(막5:34)

“예수님께서 그들의 믿음을 보시고 이르시되 이 사람아 네 죄 사함을 받았느니라.”(눅5:20)

그 뿐만이 아닙니다. 예수님은 믿음 없는 것을 책망도 하셨습니다.

“오늘 있다가 내일 아궁이에 던져지는 들풀도 하나님이 이렇게 입히시거든 하물며 너희일까보냐 믿음이 작은 자들아…”(눅12:28)

“믿음이 없고 패역한 세대여 내가 얼마나 너희와 함께 있으며 너희에게 참으리요.”(눅9:41)

“믿음 없는 자가 되지 말고 믿는 자가 되라”(요20:27)

믿음은 하나님이 교회 공동체여러분들에게 주시는 능력이요 신앙의 자본입니다. 믿음이 없이는 하나님을 기쁘시게 할 수가 없습니다(믿음이 없이는 하나님을 기쁘시게 하지 못하나니 하나님께 나아가는 자는 반드시 그가 계신 것과 또한 그가 자기를 찾는 자들에게 상 주시는 이심을 믿어야 할지니라.(히11:6) 그러므로 믿음 없는 자가 아니라 믿음 있는 자가 되어야 합니다.

우리가 예수 그리스도를 나의 구세주로 나의 하나님으로 영접하는 것은 우리 인간의 힘으로 소유할 수 없는 최고의 특권이고 모험입니다. 그래서 우리가 알든 모르든 언제나 예수 그리스도의 영향권 내에서 살고 있는 것을 잊어서는 안 됩니다. 아무리 발버둥 쳐도 예수 그리스도의 영향권을 벗어 날 수가 없습니다.

오늘 이 시간에 아무쪼록 우리들은 끌려가던 인생, 떠내려가던 인생, 아무렇게나 살던 인생이 예수 그리스도를 다시 한 번 영적으로 만남으로 변화를 받아, 끌려가던 인생이 끌고 가는 인생으로, 떠내려가던 인생이 밀고 나가는 인생으로, 아무렇게나 살던 인생이 거룩한 발자취를 남기는 인생으로, 그리고 내가 예수님 그리스도를 믿음으로 삶의 기적을 이루는 인생으로,「내가 기어이 한 번 변해 보리라」는 결단을 가지고, 다시 한 번 하나님 앞에 기도를 드리는 그 믿음 속에, 하나님의 성령님이 분명히 역사 하시고 응답해 줄줄 믿습니다. 아멘!!

하나님은 모든 사람에게 믿음과 소망과 사랑이 풍성한 삶을 오늘 이 시간도 성령을 통하여 약속해 주십니다.

“내가 온 것은 양으로 생명을 얻게 하고 더 풍성히 얻게 하려는 것이라.”(요10:10)

그러므로 그리스도 예수님 안에 사는 삶은 확실히 풍성한 삶입니다. 우리들은 성경에서나 우리들 주변에서 기적으로 사는 믿음의 주인공들을 많이 봅니다. 저들은 모두 육신적으로는 환난을 당해도 영적으로는 풍성한 삶을 살았습니다. 나의 생활이, 나의 영혼이, 하나님의 인도를 받을 때, 우리도 기적의 주인공이 될 수 있고 믿음의 주인공이 될 수 있습니다.

오늘 이 시간 예배를 드릴 때에 강퍅했던 심령도, 불안한 마음도, 모든 근심과 걱정도, 남을 비판하고 손가락질하고 헐뜯던 마음도, 풍성한 은혜와 말씀으로 성령을 충만히 받아서, 사랑과, 희락과, 화평과, 오래 참음과, 자비와, 양선과, 충성과, 온유와, 절제의 성령의 열매를 맺으시기를 주님의 이름으로 축원합니다. 아멘!!

사랑하는 교회공동체여러분!!

어설프게 하는 신앙생활은 참으로 중노동이요 고역입니다. 그러나 올바른 신앙생활은 기쁨과 즐거움과 감격의 연속입니다.

그런고로 내가 예수를 믿는다고 하면서도 아직도 믿음의 감격과 기쁨의 기도로부터 오는 진정한 하늘의 평화를 맛보지 못하였다면 아직도 미숙한 믿음인 것을 깨달아야 합니다. 아직도 교회 공동체여러분 중에 신앙생활 하기가 힘들다고 생각이 되거든 성숙되지 못한 믿음인 것을 깨달아야 합니다.

미숙아는 인큐베이터 속에서 성장을 하여야 합니다. 그러므로 우리 교회 공동체여러분들은 오늘 이 시간 예배를 드리는 순간에 성숙한 믿음으로 변화를 받으시기를 주님의 이름으로 축원합니다. 아멘!!

사도 바울은 “내가 믿음으로 환난 중에 기뻐하고, 내가 내 믿음으로 감사할 수 없는 중에 감사하고, 내 믿음으로 슬픔을 당해도 기뻐하고, 감금을 당하여도 기뻐하는 것은 그리스도께서 나와 함께 하심이라.”고 하였습니다. 이것이 참 믿음이고 풍성한 믿음입니다.

믿음으로 내가 세상을 이기며,

믿음으로 남모르는 평강을 누리고 살며,

믿음으로 시간마다 하나님께 간구하며,

믿음으로 주님께 헌신하며,

믿음으로 주님과 동행하는 것은 분명히 축복된 삶입니다.

다 같이 찬송가 384장 1절을 부르겠습니다.

나의 갈 길 다 가도록 예수 인도하시니

내 주 안에 있는 긍휼 어찌 의심하리요

믿음으로 사는 자는 하늘 위로 받겠네

무슨 일을 만나든지 만사 형통하리라

무슨 일을 만나든지 만사 형통하리라

그러므로 참된 신앙은 오직 믿음으로 기쁨과 감격과 평강이 있어야 되는 것을 믿으시기 가도합니다. 아멘!

오늘 이 예배를 드리다가 돈으로 얻을 수 없고, 세상의 지위나 명예나 권력으로도 얻을 수 없고, 또 가족이나 부모나 자식이 줄 수 없는, 기쁨과 감격 속에 하나님으로부터 하늘의 위로가 여러분에게 충만하게 임하시기를 주님의 이름으로 축원합니다. 아멘!!

그러면 기적을 이루는 믿음은 어떤 것인가를 말씀드리겠습니다.

1. 기적을 이루는 믿음은 항상 선택을 잘 해야 합니다.

우리는 선택을 어떻게 했느냐에 따라서 그 인생이 고난을 당하기도 하고 풍요롭기도 합니다. 또 기쁘기도 하고 슬프기고 합니다. 결혼을 하려면 배우자 선택을 잘 해야 합니다. 마찬가지로 우리 인생은 순간마다 선택을 잘해서 귀중한 삶을 살아야 합니다. 한 번 선택을 잘못하면 늘 불안하고 근심되고 초조합니다. 결국 마음의 평안을 잃어버립니다.

「순간의 선택이 10년을 좌우한다.」는 광고가 있습니다. 그러나 믿음의 생활은 순간의 선택이 영원을 좌우합니다.

그러면 어떻게 해야 선택을 잘 할 수가 있습니까? 그 해답이 성경에 있습니다. 성경은 분명히 선택의 기준을 말해 주고 있습니다.

즉 어느 것이 하나님이 원하시는 것인가를 먼저 생각해야 합니다. 하나님의 뜻을 따라 그의 나라와 그의 의에 맞는 선택을 할 때에 바로 평안하고 풍성한 삶을 누리게 되는 것입니다.

여리고 성문 곁의 소경 바디매오는 예수님을 선택하여 꿈에도 그리던 그의 눈이 보게 되었습니다. 소경 바디매오는 평생 동안 구걸이나 하면서 그렇게 살아갈 수도 있었습니다. 그러나 그는 한번 찾아온 기회를 놓치지 않고 선택을 잘하여 그의 꿈을 이루었습니다.

2. 기적을 이루는 믿음은 항상 모험을 수반해야 합니다.

신앙생활은 안일하게 하면 안 됩니다. 항상 긴장하고 항상 모험과 도전이 뒤따라야 합니다. 성경은 말씀하고 있습니다.

“그러므로 깨어 있으라 어느 날에 너희 주가 임할는지 너희가 알지 못함이니라.”(마24:42)

“그런즉 깨어 있으라 너희는 그 날과 그 때를 알지 못하느니라.”(마25:13)

“시험에 들지 않게 깨어 있어 기도하라.”(막14:38)

“그러므로 우리는 다른 이들과 같이 자지 말고 오직 깨어 정신을 차릴지라.”(살전5:6)

“만물의 마지막이 가까이 왔으니 그러므로 너희는 정신을 차리고 근신하여 기도하라.”(벧전4:7)

“근신하라 깨어라 너희 대적 마귀가 우는 사자 같이 두루 다니며 삼킬 자를 찾나니 너희는 믿음을 굳건하게 하여 그를 대적하라.”(벧전5:8)

우리 사람은 갈 바를 알지 못합니다. 내일 일을 알 수 없습니다. 그러나 성경 말씀은 믿음으로 가라고 말씀하고 있습니다.

아브라함이 그랬고, 노아가 그랬고, 다윗이, 사울이 모두 그랬습니다. 믿음은 인생의 설계도이며 나침반입니다. 결국 신앙의 사람은 그 믿음대로 그 믿음의 방향대로 인생의 길을 갑니다.

그런고로 확실치 못한 믿음은 확실치 못한 길을 갈 수밖에 없습니다. 반대로 확실한 믿음을 가진 사람은 확실한 인생의 길을 가게 됩니다. 강한 믿음을 소유한 사람은 강력한 믿음의 역사를 일으킵니다. 주님께서는 믿음 있는 자를 칭찬하시고 믿음 없는 사람을 책망하셨습니다.

사랑하는 교회 공동체여러분!!

이 시간 예수님 그리스도의 이름으로 축복합니다.

오늘 이 시간 곤고와 환난과 병마의 골짜기에서 벗어나 영원한 하나님 나라를 바라 볼 수 있는 믿음을 갖기를 주님의 이름으로 축원합니다. 아멘!!

3. 기적을 이루는 믿음은 항상 반대 세력이 도전해 온다는 것을 명심해야 합니다.

오늘 본문 말씀 중에 소경 바디매오가 예수님이 지나가신다는 소식을 듣고 소리쳐 예수님을 부를 때에 주위에서는 시끄럽다고 야단을 쳤습니다. 분명히 반대 세력입니다.

또 마가복음2장의 중풍병자를 네 명이 들것에 들고 예수님 앞으로 데려가려고 할 때 사람이 용신할 수 없을 만큼 모였는데 아무도 길을 비켜 주지 않았습니다. 이것도 반대 세력입니다. 삭개오도 그랬습니다. 침례 요한도 반대 세력이 막았습니다. 예수님도 가시는 곳마다 반대 세력이 예수님을 방해하였습니다. 바울 사도도 가는 곳마다 반대 세력이 가로막았지만 잘 이겼습니다.

사랑하는 교회 공동체여러분!!

신앙과 믿음의 길은 잘 포장된 Asphalt 길이나 Concret 길을 가는 것이 아닙니다. 거친 사막과도 같은 광야 길입니다.

꽃피고 시냇물 흐르는 길이 아니라 험난한 가시밭길입니다.

바다에는 물결이 잠자는 때가 없습니다. 한 파도가 지나가면 또 다른 파도가 밀려옵니다. 그래서 끝없는 파도와, 끝없는 시련과, 끝없는 박해와, 겹치는 어려움과, 강력한 반대가 있는 것이 믿음의 길입니다. 항상 이해와 협조보다는 반대와 방해가 더 많이 있습니다. 보람과 영광보다는 고난과 역경이 더 많이 있습니다.

<예> 구세군의 창설자 윌리엄 푸드(William booth)가 동굴로 피신을 하였는데 그 동굴에서 거미 한 마리가 거미줄을 치기 위해서 떨어지면 다시 기어 올라가고 하는 모습을 보고서 그가 생각하기를 “나는 한 번 밖에 떨어지지 않았는데 거미는 수백 번을 떨어져도 다시 시작하는구나!”고 용기를 얻었다고 합니다.

사랑하는 교회 공동체여러분!!

오늘날 인생길에서 실패하고 떨어진 분들! 그것이 교회 공동체여러분의 인생의 마지막이 아닙니다.

언제나 신앙의 길에는 반대가 있고 고난과 역경과 좌절과 실패와 싸워 나가야 하는 것입니다. 또 신앙생활도 적당히 하는 것이 아니라 기적을 이루는 믿음을 가지고 열심히 하려고 하면 반드시 반대 세력이 도전해 온다는 것을 기억하시기 기도합니다.

모세가 그 길을 갔습니다. 야곱도 갔습니다. 요셉도, 다니엘도 모두가 이 길을 갔습니다.

모든 위대한 역사는 실패와 좌절과 반대를 통하여 일어났습니다. 하나님은 언제나 끈기 있는 믿음의 사람 편에 함께 하시는 것을 믿으시기 기도합니다. 같은 조건이라면 하나님은 믿음 있는 사람의 간구를 들어주시고 믿음 있는 사람의 손을 들어주십니다. 믿으시면 다 같이 아-멘 하시기 기도합니다. 아멘!!

결론: 오늘의 말씀을 마칩니다.

나는 이 시간 예배드리는 우리 교회 공동체여러분들 중에 아무리 어려움을 당하고 괴로움을 당하는 사람이 있다고 하여도 오늘 성경 말씀 속에 있는 소경 바디매오 보다는 낫다고 생각을 합니다.

바디매오는 나면서부터 소경입니다.

가진 것이 없어서 날마다 지나가는 사람들에게 구걸을 합니다.

자기 인생을 저주도 합니다.

원망과 비관과 짜증과 불만 속에서 아무런 소망이 없이 살아가고 있습니다. 그러던 그에게 한 가닥 소망의 소식이 들려왔습니다.

“나사렛 예수를 만나기만 하면 내 눈이 떠지리라” 할렐루야!!

사람들은 세상의 소리는 잘 들어도 믿음의 소리는 잘 들으려고 하지 않습니다. 달콤한 말은 좋아하여도 충고를 한다든지 잘못을 지적해 주는 소리는 싫어합니다.

오늘 말씀을 듣는 교회 공동체여러분!!

나사렛 예수님을 만나면 나의 삶에 축복된 기적이 일어나리라는 믿음의 소리를 들으시기를 기도합니다.

소경 바디매오는 일구월심 예수님을 만나기를 고대하였습니다. 자기가 예수님을 찾아 나설 수는 없고 여리고 지방으로 예수님이 지나가시기를 기도하였습니다. 소망은 삶의 용기를 줍니다. 수치와 멸시도 이기는 힘이 있습니다.

“소망 중에 즐거워하며 환난 중에 참으며 기도에 항상 힘쓰라.”(롬12:12)

소망이 생기니까 불평과 원망과 탄식이 사라졌습니다.

한숨과 저주가 사라졌습니다.

드디어 그 날이 왔습니다.

왁자지껄 떠드는 소리에 예수님이 지나가신다는 소리가 들립니다. 바디매오는 그렇게 꿈에도 그리고 자나 깨나 기다리던 예수님이 지금 지나가신다는 것입니다. 그래서 바디매오는 온 힘을 다하여 소리 질러 예수님을 부릅니다.

“나사렛 예수님이여, 나를 불쌍히 여기소서.”

얼마나 선택을 잘 하였습니까?

얼마나 모험을 잘 하였습니까?

웬 거지 소경이 소리를 있는 대로 지르니까 “시끄럽다” 고 꾸짖습니다. 반대 세력이 다가옵니다. 그러나 그런 것에 개의치 않고 계속해서 엎어지면서 넘어지면서도 예수님을 향하여 달려가면서 부르짖습니다. 얼마나 큰 믿음입니까?

드디어 주님이 가시던 발걸음을 멈추었습니다. 그리고 바디매오를 부르셨습니다. 할렐루야!!

“네게 무엇을 하여 주기를 원하느냐”

“주여! 보기를 원하나이다”

“가라! 네 믿음이 너를 구원하였느니라” 아멘!

기적이 일어났습니다.

사랑하는 교회 공동체여러분!!

바디매오를 보고 우리는 새롭게 일어나야 합니다.

① 항상 주님의 말씀대로 선택을 잘 하고,

② 모험적인 신앙을 가지고 앞으로 도전해 나가야 하며,

③ 몰려오는 반대 세력을 믿음으로 이겨야 합니다.

이 시간 교회 공동체여러분의 믿음이 어디에 있습니까? 다시 선택을 하십시오, 그리고 모험을 하십시오. 그래서 예수님 이름으로 승리하시기를 주님의 이름으로 축원합니다! 축원합니다! 아멘!!!

기적을 이루는 믿음은 어떤 것인가를 말씀드리겠습니다.

1. 기적을 이루는 믿음은 항상 선택을 잘 해야 합니다.

2. 기적을 이루는 믿음은 항상 모험을 수반해야 합니다.

3. 기적을 이루는 믿음은 항상 반대 세력이 도전해 온다는 것을 명심해야 합니다.

오늘 성령님의 약속을 통해 믿음과 소망과 사랑이 모든 사람에게 풍성한 하나님의 삶이 되시기를 기도합니다.
