More effort needed to resolve conflicts as it turns out better | |

One of the factors that made it possible for labor and management cooperate to some degrees was that all of us suffered due to the ever so declining economy, that we all sensed the economical crisis which we all agreed to overcome. Workers fully conscious of the hardship put much more effort towards better building the relationship. Only hope will prevent anger from being blown off What’s most risky is when we do not have any hope to cling to. Hope helps both individuals and nations endure. No enduring where there is no hope. We ask managements to understand and embrace desperate workers whose anger might explode, and promise you that we will be conscious of what we are going through all the time and work to resolve it. <New Year’s Greetings to the Economic Circles, January 4, 2006> |
