너무 가족같은 분위기 홈스테이입니다

일본, 스페인, 멕시코.. 다양한 나라의 친구들도 와서 머물다 가서 다양한 문화 체험도 머무는 시기가 맞으면 가능 하네요~

Homestay in Vancouver, Canada

We are a warm, friendly, hospitable family of three.  We are looking for one female for a private room or 2 people for a shared room or who are responsible, independent and tidy.  It is $725/month per person for a shared room or $1200 for a private room.  

The room includes:

-two single beds

-a washroom with toilet

-a closet

-desk and chair

-full mirror

There is a fridge, living room area with couch and full bathroom outside the room. 

The main language we speak is English but we are also fluent in Tagalog. We live in a 3 level modern home and live beside Nanaimo Skytrain station (major transit system of Vancouver) as well as bus stops. It takes approximately 10 MINUTES to downtown and shopping malls from our house. Nearby there are parks, community centers with fitness centers, ice rink and a library. We love hanging out as a family at the park or going on outings. We have visited several countries such as Australia, Austria, France, Japan, Mexico, Philippines, South Korea and Spain.

*THE PRICE WE OFFER INCLUDES 1 MEAL (BREAKFAST such as bread, eggs, milk, yogourt) AND YOU ARE ALLOWED TO COOK IN THE KITCHEN IF YOU WISH.  

*LAUNDRY AND WIFI ARE BOTH INCLUDED *ABSOLUTELY NO HIDDEN FEES

We have enjoyed hosting a number of students/workers since 2016 who are from South Korea, Japan, Malaysia, Indonesia, Vietnam, South America and Europe. We want to make your stay with us as enjoyable and easy as possible.
