You may come to understand some more what "the right thing" is in life as be questioned by Victor through Gerardo Iniguez' essay. Also you may ask questions to your master & instructors, or directly contact with me in person anytime if you do not mind. We can enjoy and talk together anytime through Jinyoung Ssangkum Ryu all over the world.
We know very well the right thing is to be sincere, kind, not to be greedy and foolish, not even to be angry etc...yes, as Victor have mentioned into the video about war and peace, it is needless to say peace is a right and good thing, but Right things can be changeable according to conditions and environmental factors just same as a bad thing can be a good thing sometimes, good things can also be bad things.
A certain thing should be a good thing here, but no good thing there as be experienced through daily life.
So I am gonna explain about the right thing in human being life. It is called in general by 'A middle point between two extremes' mean right thing or right way, which is not enough expression for sure.
We say it is Jung Do(middle way, 중도) or Jeong Do (right way, 정도) come from philosophy in Korean which most of people use and describe it like that.
Actually right thing or way is not exactly a middle point between two extremes.
Why? because it changes all the time. I draw and show it for better understanding at the below took those diagrams out of Vol.5 which will be published around August or September in 2018. eg.) see it at the 37p of the book in English "Think out of the box" about Jung Do(right way).
■Understanding through some kinds of metaphors about Right Thing( Jung Do in Korean) as follows; The below diagrams is one part of Near Publication(Vol.2 - Think Out Of The Box) in English which will be issued in 2019.
