1 Deliverance Prayer Ministry

Set Up helper being absent, I had to set up the tent myself alone at 7:50-9:10 and then partner joined (had to give his daughter ride to school).

It was challenging but I have to see how much I can do myself alone without any helper or partner.

Thankfully, weather was perfect without any wind which can easily jeopardize the effort.

But it was pretty warm, above 80˚F(27˚C) and, quite a bit draining.

As the season of heat and flies approaching very quickly, we have to figure out how we are going to manage and survive.

As the set up being done, a pass-by young man asked us to pray for his troublesome life.

I and two other local leaders shared Christ telling him that our prayer is not a magical chanting but we just pray for him to believe in Jesus and act out faith in daily life so the Lord will straighten up his life.

God be with him!

While having sessions together, we talked and laughed a lot; not like professional and ordinary, but like neighbors and friends.

For me, PCS- Pastors Community Services with free acupuncture and ministries is physically challenging but mentally satisfying.

It might be better for me if I get stronger and healthier because of the physical labor.

Praise and Honor only to our God who is our source of strength and inspiration.

25 침치료 (8 재방문, 17 첫 방문)

1 구출(?) 기도사역

설치를 도와주는 형제의 출타로 인하여 7:50부터 9:10까지 천막을 혼자 세운 후에 현지 동역자가 왔다 (딸 학교 보내줘야 하기 때문에 더 일찍 나오지 못함.)

쉽지 않은 작업이었지만 아무도 돕는 사람이 없을 때를 대비해 얼마나 할 수 있는지 해봤다.

마침 상황을 아주 어렵게 만들 수도 있는 바람이 불지 않아 그만치나마 감당할 수 있었다.

하지만 낮에는 화씨 80도(섭씨 27도)를 웃도는 더위에 제법 기운이 빠지려고 하는 것을 느낄 수 있었다.

더위와 파리가 극성을 부리는 계절이 신속하게 다가오는 만치 어떻게 관리해서 견뎌낼 것인지 궁리해야 하리라.

설치가 완료되자 지나가던 한 젊은이가 이리저리 망가진 자신의 생활을 위하여 기도해달라고 한다.

나와 다른 두 원주민 사역자는 우리의 기도는 마술을 불러오는 주문이 아니라 본인 자신이 예수님을 믿는 가운데 일상 속에서 행동으로 순종함으로써 주님의 역사를 경험하게 해달라는 것이라고 말하며 예수님을 전하고 그를 위해 기도했다.

하나님이 그에게 역사하시기를...

치료하는 동안 우리는 전문가와 일반인의 관계가 아닌, 이웃과 친구처럼 함께 많이 이야기하고 웃는다.

나에게 있어서 침치료와 복음사역 등의 장마당사역은 신체적으론 제법 고되지만 정신적으론 아주 만족스러운 섬김이다.

신체적 노동 부분을 통해서 힘도 좀 세지고 건강해지면 좋겠다.

우리에게 힘과 감동의 근원이 되시는 하나님께만 찬양과 영광을 돌린다.

거저 받았으니 거저 주어라.

천막 고정 말뚝을 새로 튼튼하게 박아준 장로교회 지도자와...

We are properly using this 5X8 trailer which has been donated a few years ago.

I keep those things such as water jars and etc. in the trailer due to lack of other storage.

There some other heavy boxes, heavier solar battery, LPG tank, and more are in my car.

몇 년 전에 헌물로 받은 5X8 트레일러인데 요즘 아주 요긴하게 사용한다.

안쪽에 보이는 물통 등의 일부 짐들은 내려놓을 데가 없어서 그냥 실어 둔다.

꽤 무거운 플라스틱 박스 다섯 개, 태양열 배터리(이건 더 무겁다.), LPG 통 등, 차에다 싣고 다니는 짐도 있다..
