The lungs and heart pump oxygen into your muscles. In contrast, anaerobic exercise is short and intense. Sprinting and weightlifting are great examples of anaerobic exercises. This is why you feel out of breath. Exercise makes your heart stronger and boosts your immune system. It also strengthens your bones. I like running aerobically. 🔥
