I do exercise, and stretching. I go to bed at 10~10:30pm.

Because I'm an exchange student who is studying in USA.

SO I don't have to study all night long like other Koreans.

And I try to drink milk, and eat cheese.

But I have to eat cereal, and ramen. But here ramen is little different.

There's no strong taste. It is chicken nuddle. Is that Ok?

I hope I have a possiblity to grow up. I don't have a confidence in my self because of my height.

I always eat cereal for breakfast except sunday. Cause I gotta go to school early. I have to take a bus to get my school. Or I can eat toast with milk. Which one is better?
I'm getting miss my country food too-_-; I'm in Sacramento right now-California I always eat American food. But fortunately, my host parents are working. So we go out for dinner many times. Sometimes I go to Chinese food restaurant or Mongolian restaruant.
Well, the restaurant that I go to is just for mongolian babecu. I put many kind of meat I like. And put many vegetables and oils. This is awesome.--z We can eat continuously until we get full.--only 10$--z
It`s too.. surprising-_- why there noodles are chicken?? oh my god.. oh. you shouldn`t to eat some many noodles and you can eat some many egg. Egg is well-nourished item. okay.. good bye~

드시더라도 영양 생각해가면서 드세요. 그곳에서 인스턴트 음식 안먹는다는게 실제적으로 힘들죠. 알아서 칼로리 게산 잘 해가면서 먹는게 좋을꺼예요. 그리고 웬만하면 한글로 쓰세요.
