The way to heaven is narrow , the way to hell is wide.
James 2:21-26
Was not our ancestor Abraham considered righteous for what he did when he offered his son Isaac on the altar? You see that his faith and his actions were working together, and his faith was made complete by what he did.And the scripture was fulfilled that says, "Abraham believed God, and it was credited to him as righteousness," and he was called God's friend. You see that a person is justified by what he does and not by faith alone. In the same way, was not even Rahab the prostitute considered righteous for what she did when she gave lodging to the spies and sent them off in a different direction? As the body without the spirit is dead, so faith without deeds is dead.

Faith is believing and putting into practice the word of God. Abraham received God's command and put it into practice. So his faith was true and he was recognized as the father of faith. If Abraham had listened to God's command but had not sacrificed his son Isaac on the altar, his faith would have been proven to be false.Abraham carried out God's commands. As a result, his faith was recognized as true and righteous.
Faith involves action. If you remember the Word of God only as knowledge and do not put it into practice in your life, it is dead faith. Those with dead faith cannot go to heaven.Jesus commands everyone to repent. However, there are many more unrepentant church members,These people ultimately do not believe in Jesus as their savior. Those without faith will not be forgiven and will not go to heaven.
Believing in Jesus means believing in the blood of Jesus, repenting of sins, and obeying the words of Jesus. Those who truly repent give up their sins and strive to be obedient. It is about putting the words of the Lord into practice one by one in your life. The blood of the Lord will cleanse him of all his sins. Those who do not put the Lord's words into practice and always confess their sins with their lips have built fake faith,
and fake repentance cannot receive the Lord's forgiveness. The prostitute Rahab protected and hid the Israeli spies. He risked her life and obeyed God's words. As a result, her life was saved from destruction.
James 2:19-20
You believe that there is one God. Good! Even the demons believe that--and shudder. You foolish man, do you want evidence that faith without deeds is useless?
Even evil spirits acknowledge that God exists. But they do not obey God's word. The Lord's command is to love one another. Evil spirits do not practice love, but only hate and kill.If God's people do not practice love and hate one another, they remain at the level of demonic faith.Even if a person memorizes the entire Bible, if he does not practice love, his faith is fake and dead. Dead faith goes to hell.
Strive to love. However, there are always mistakes and shortcomings, so we must repent every day.
James 2:13-14
because judgment without mercy will be shown to anyone who has not been merciful. Mercy triumphs over judgment! What good is it, my brothers, if a man claims to have faith but has no deeds? Can such faith save him?
Church members who do not show mercy to others do not receive the Lord's mercy; on the contrary, they are under God's judgment.Mercy overcomes judgment. This means that those who pity others will not be judged by God, even if they have shortcomings. What value is faith without action?Practice the Lord’s words to forgive others. Practice good deeds.Only by actually believing can you be forgiven by the blood of Jesus and go to heaven.
James 2:8-10
If you really keep the royal law found in Scripture, "Love your neighbor as yourself," you are doing right. But if you show favoritism, you sin and are convicted by the law as lawbreakers. For whoever keeps the whole law and yet stumbles at just one point is guilty of breaking all of it.
The best faith is to love your neighbor as yourself.Judging others based on their appearance and not loving them is disobedience and an act of not believing in God.Is it really faith to say you have faith but not practice love? False faith can never save oneself.
