1. 새우는 소금물에 살살 씻어 끓는 물에 살짝 데쳐 굵게 다진다. |
2. 양파는 채썰어 소금에 절여 물에 헹궈 꼭 짠다. |
3. 삶은 달걀은 굵게 다지고 오이는 어슷썰어 소금에 절여 거즈로 꼭 짠다. |
4. 새우에 오이, 양파, 삶은 달걀, 마요네즈, 소금, 후춧가루를 넣어 버무린다. |
5. 바게트빵 위에 버무린 새우, 야채를 올려 낸다. | | | |
