In this sentence, the word interesting should be replaced by interested
in order to bring out the intended meaning.
뜻이 바로 통하려면 INTERESTING 이 INTERESTED 으로 되야된다
The word interested is an adjective and it says how someone feels
whereas the word interesting which is also an adjective
describes the people or things that cause the feelings.
interested 는 과분사형용사로 수식받는 명사가 분사가 묘사하는 그것을 경험 또는 받는 상황
experiences or receives whatever the modifier describes.

interesting 은 역시 현분사 형용사지만 수식받는 명사가 분사동작의 동작자 이거나 동작을 유발하는 경우에 쓰므로
분사주어가 감정의 원인을 유발cause/제공하는걸 묘사한다
Present participle modify noun or pronoun that is the agent 동작자 or the cause of the action.

plan 이 흥미를 cause 유발한다
