위의 정보가 100% 정확한것은 아닙니다. 항상 벌어지는 현상에 대하여 의문을 가지는 사고방식이 필요한것 같습니다. 실거래가와 현재 상황과 약 한달에서 두달까지 차이가 나니 현재의 움직임은 부동산을 직접 방문하든지 다른 데이타를 활용할수 밖에는 없습니다. 그냥 참고로 하시라고 올렸습니다.
