[Topic1- Top Diet Foods & Dieting Basics]
Well, it leads us nicely to the lovely subject of food, and what the best foods are for the determined dieter in for the long haul. But that's the beauty of going for the long-term doable target - your choice of foods will probably differ only very slightly from your normal choice. At least it won't be cabbage soup every day for the next seven days, or a two week plan of nothing but lemonade. With the aid of a bit of thought, and the help of a good nutritionist, you can be enjoying proper food without the addition of drastic measures of shakes, and pills, and other oddities that are just foreign, and unnatural for our bodies.
Quite simply, the basic in dieting to lose weight - and keeping the weight off - involves eating a healthy balanced diet comprising plenty of fruit, fresh vegetables, starchy foods, and eliminating as much sugar, and fat as possible, as well as endeavoring to become more physically active. Hold on, you are thinking, starchy foods? Aren't they fattening? Well, no actually they are not. Gram for gram, starchy foods contain less than half the calories of fat...it's the things you use during the cooking or serving of these starchy foods that needs to be watched because it's these extra 'others' that cause the trouble (like cooking with lots of butter).
For some dieting might seem like it takes super human strength of mind, but there are some foods that can help to make the journey less lonely - and that is the foods called, appropriately enough, super foods. These foods are givensuper status because they are packed with more antioxidants, vitamin C, and fiber than other foods. Apples, broccoli, nuts, berries (particularly cranberries, blueberries, acai berries), oats, and most fish are seen by as experts as being super-packed with valuable nutrients, thus making them super healthy for us, and some of them certainly should be featured more highly when planning our diet. But on the whole, everyone should be aiming to eat 5 portions of vegetables and fruit every day as part of their healthy eating way of life. These are most important of all, as all plant-based foods are naturally rich in fiber. And why is fiber so important? Because fibrous foods take longer to digest, which means we remain fuller, which in turn helps suppress hunger.

[Topic2 – How to Stop to Worry. And, Talk about Our Worries ]
1. Constructive worry begins by taking the time to look at the problem. It helps here to write the problem on paper in an attempt to get perspective. Remember, even Adam had to name the beasts before he could rule over them, and the same principle applies when trying to put your finger on what is really bothering you.
2. Once you've identified your concerns, make a list of three things you can do towards solving or at least bringing a measure of relief towards each problem. Don't hesitate to list even those things you absolutely don't want to do. Just writing them down can lessen the power they can have over you to exacerbate your worry.
3. Take one problem at a time and implement just one of your solution steps toward solving the problem. For example, I recently had a problem on my tax return. I was so worried that I'd done something to cost us extra money that I was losing sleep. I called the IRS the next day, even though it was such a scary thought I didn't want to face them. Guess what. That phone call saved me hundreds of dollars. Had I just written a letter as I originally intended, I would have spent another month worrying about the resolution to the matter.
4. Sometimes the problem is beyond us. That's when it's time to get advice and help. A wise person seeks council. Don't be afraid to get the help of a friend or professional. Sometimes, just listening to yourself describe your problem can be very enlightening.
5. And yet, in spite of our best efforts, we can't solve everything. Some things must be turned over to a higher power. In some cases, it may be A-okay to let go of our expectations, or just learn to love. Sometimes, all we can do is let go.
Worry is not the enemy. But, our inability to handle worry can wreck our health and peace of mind. By implementing these suggestions, you may be able to better handle the 'solution process.'
