How are you? Did you sleep well? I hope so.
It’s in the middle of the day here and raining so not much to do outside, not that I wanted to really go anywhere anyway on my day off. So I decided to make protein pudding it’s something I was told about from one of the nursed I work with. She brought some in on Friday and it was actually really good, and I decided to try it out. What makes it different when making it instead of milk you use a protein shake and some people add in scoops of protein powder as well. I didn’t at the protein powder for one and the other ?I made two) I put some in. I have to let it set and wait I til later to find out how it tastes. If I did it correctly.
I just finished a good workout and my muscles are not super super sore but I’m still really sore.
