195. 걷거나, 서거나, 앉거나, 눕거나, 몸을 구부리거나 펼치네, 이것이 몸의 동작이지요.

195.或走，或站，或坐，或躺，蜷曲和伸展，這是身體的動作。

1. If either walking or standing, sitting or lying, any one
contracts (or) stretches (his body, then) this is the motion of the body.

막과 살, 표면에는 피부, 이렇게 신체적 진상은 볼 수가
없네.

196.身體由骨和腱連接而成，粘上膜和肉，裹上皮，這樣，身體的真相就看不見了。

2. The body which is put together with bones and sinews, plastered
with membrane and flesh, and covered with skin, is not seen as it really is.

간, 방광, 심장, 폐, 콩팥과 지라로 가득차 있네.

197.身體裡裝滿腸、胃、肝、膀胱、心、肺、腎和脾。

3. It is filled with the intestines, the stomach, the lump of the
liver, the abdomen, the heart, the lungs, the kidneys, the spleen. (194)

198. 또 콧물, 침, 땀, 장액, 피, 윤활액, 담즙과 지방이 있네.

198.還有鼻涕、唾液、汗液、槳液、血液、潤滑液、膽汁和脂肪。

4. With mucus, saliva, perspiration, lymph, blood, the fluid that
lubricates the joints, bile, and fat. (195)

199. 그것에 따른 아홉 구멍에서, 늘 더러운 것이 흘러 나오네, 눈에서는 눈물이 흘러 나오고, 귀에서는 귀지가 흘러 나오네.

199.從它的九竅中，經常有污穢流出：眼屎從眼中流出，耳屎從耳中流出。

5. Then in nine streams impurity flows always from it; from the
eye the eye-excrement, from the ear the ear-excrement, (196)

200. 코에서는 콧물이 흘러 나오고, 입으로는 어떤 때는 담즙을
토하고, 어떤 때는 가래를 토하며, 몸으로는 땀을 배출하네.
|
200.鼻涕從鼻中流出，從口中有時吐出膽汁，有時吐出痰。汗液從身體排出。
|
6. Mucus from the nose, through the mouth it ejects at one time
bile and (at other times) it ejects phlegm, and from (all) the body come
sweat and dirt. (197)

201. 그것의 큰 굴과 같은 두개골 속은 뇌수로 가득 차 있는 데, 무지한
멍청이는, 그것을 좋은 것이라고 여기고 있네.

201.它的頭顱充滿窟窿，裡邊裝著腦子，傻瓜出於無知，才認為它是好東西。
|
7. Then its hollow head is filled with the brain. A fool led by
ignorance thinks it a fine thing. (198)
|
|
202. 몸이 일단 죽어 쓰러지면, 온통 부어서 푸르게 되고, 묘지에 버려지고, 가까운 사람들 조차 돌보아 주지 않네.
|
202.身體一旦倒斃，浮腫發青，被扔在墳場，親人們不再照看。
|
8. And when it lies dead, swollen and livid, discarded in the
cemetery, relatives do not care (for it). (199)

203. 개, 승냥이, 여우, 구더기, 까마귀와 갈가마귀, 콘도르와
기타 생물들이 모두 와서 그것을 먹네,
|
203.狗、豺、狐狸、蛆蟲、烏鴉、兀鷹和其他生物都來吃它。

9. Dogs eat it and jackals, wolves and worms; crows and vultures
eat it, and what other living creatures there are. (200)

204. 세상에서 지혜를 구비한 비구는 부처님의 말씀을 듣고, 그가
진상을 보았으므로, 몸에 대하여 확실히 이해하게 되네.,
|
204.世上具有智慧的比丘聽了佛陀的話，理解了身體，因為他看到了真相。
|
10. The Bhikkhu possessed of understanding in this world, having
listened to Buddha's words, he certainly knows it (i.e. the body) thoroughly,
for he sees it as it really is. (201)

|
205. 저 것이 이 것과 마찬가지이고, 이 것이 저 것과 마찬가지이다. 속 부터 밖까지, 신체적 갈망을 포기하겠노라!
|
205.那個就像這個，這個就像那個；從裡到外，拋棄對身體的渴望吧！

11. "As this (living body is) so is that (dead one), as this
is so that (will be[1]); let one put away desire for the body, both as to its
interior and as to its exterior." (202)

206. 세상에서 지혜로운 비구는 욕망과 탐구(貪求)를 버리고, 영원한 평온을 획득하여, 확고부동한 열반경계에 도달하네.
|
206.世上具有智慧的比兵摒棄慾望和貪求，獲得永恆的寧靜，達到堅定不移的涅槃境界。
|
12. Such a Bhikkhu who has turned away from desire and attachment,
and is possessed of understanding in this world, has (already) gone to the
immortal peace, the unchangeable state of Nibbana. (203)

|
207. 두발 가진 신체는 보살핌을 요하네, 그것은 더럽고 불결하며, 냄새는 고약하고, 각종 썩은 냄새로 가득차 있으며, 도처에 액즙이 흐르네.

207.具有雙足的身體需要照看，它污穢不潔，氣味難聞，充滿各種腐臭，到處流淌液汁。
|
13. This (body) with two feet is cherished (although) impure,
ill-smelling, filled with various kinds of stench, and trickling here and
there. (204)
|
|
208. 이러한 신체를 가지고 있으면서도, 스스로는 뛰어나다고
생각하고, 다른 사람은 멸시하니, 이러한 종류의 사람은
단지 장님일 뿐이다.
|
208.具有這樣的身體，還要自以為了不起，蔑視他人，這種人只能是瞎子。

14. He who with such a body thinks to exalt himself or despises
others--what else (is this) but blindness? (205)
