This is a tutorial for Mi-Young's Full Body Morning Exercise that will help you build an optimum physical and mental condition. 💪💪💪😊

운동을 시작하기 전에, 당신은 견고하고 튼튼한 문이 있는 큰 MPV 밴이 필요합니다. 가장 좋은 색상은 검정색입니다.

Before we start the exercise, you will need a large MPV van that has sturdy and strong doors, preferably in black colour.

Ok, let's start the tutorial!

Step 1: Bend down to your left, and try to look if there is anything hidden underneath your MPV van.  As with any exercise, to prevent injury, you will need to warm up and do some stretches. So, doing this will release the tension in your leg's hamstring muscle. 1단계: 왼쪽으로 숙이고, MPV 밴 아래에 숨겨진 것이 있는지 확인해보세요. 어떤 운동이든 부상을 예방하기 위해 몸을 데우고 몇 가지 스트레칭을 해야 합니다. 따라서 이 동작은 다리 헤머스트링 근육의 긴장을 풀어줄 것입니다.

Step 2: Once you are ready, swing your head from the left side and bang it towards the MPV van's door. You must hear a loud 'thud' banging sound for this to work. Step 3: Relax a little. Smile. Breathe in. And most importantly, look cute! You may proceed with Mi-Young's 4-Step Morning Face Exercise here. 3단계: 조금 느긋하게 휴식을 취하세요. 미소를 짓고, 숨을 들이마시세요. 그리고 가장 중요한 것은 귀엽게 보이세요! 여기서 미영의 4단계 아침 얼굴 운동을 시작하실 수 있습니다.

Step 4: Make a 'heart' pose with your hand and hold it for 10 seconds. Continue to look cute while holding the pose. Stretch your neck a little by tilting it slightly towards the back. 4단계: 손으로 ‘하트’ 모양을 만들고 10초 동안 유지하세요. 자세를 유지하면서 귀엽게 보이세요. 목을 약간 뒤로 기울여 늘려보세요.

Step 5: Stretch your arms and back muscles by raising both your arms all the way. You must close both your eyes and mouth and flex your facial muscles. Control your breath. Step 6: Bend your knees 45 degrees, and position your hands beside your waist. Imagine that you are a cute bunny. We are now going to do some bunny jumps. 🐰 6단계: 무릎을 45도로 굽히고 손을 허리 옆에 놓으세요. 귀여운 토끼가 되었다고 상상해보세요. 이제 토끼 점프를 해볼 거에요. 🐰

Step 7: Jump up and down like a cute bunny for 10 times. You must also imagine that you are now a happy bunny. 7단계: 귀여운 토끼처럼 10번 점프하세요. 또한 지금 당신이 행복한 토끼라고 상상하세요.

Step 8: Breathe in and relax. Feel the warm energy flowing throughout your body. You can look at your reflection on the MPV van if you want to (this is why the preference for a black colour MPV van, so that it could give you a better reflection), so that you can reflect on happy memories 😁 8단계: 숨을 들이마시고 편안하게 하세요. 몸 전체에 따뜻한 에너지가 흐르는 것을 느껴보세요. 원한다면 MPV 밴의 반사를 보세요 (이것이 검정색 MPV 밴을 선호하는 이유입니다. 더 나은 반사를 제공하기 때문입니다). 그래서 행복한 기억을 되새겨보세요 😁
