How do you handle your stress?
I handle my stress with this three steps. First, I take a shower and apply aroma oil all over the body. Bath help me to think nothing and good scent from nature make me feel I’m lying on the forest. This process is a way silmilar to meditation. Next, I tried to think rationally and find the reason why I am annoied. A majority of result is that my stress is come from a little and tiny one. After reasoning, I can prioritize my tasks again and start to do it right away. Finally, I sleep it off. However. It doesn't mean that I delay my things untill tomorrow. I just refresh my brain during the break. It is my last weapon and the most effective way to address my trouble. When I get up, It doesn't matter for me anymore.
When I get stress, I take a shower with aroma, think straight, and sleep to make myself feel better.

Esther!! This is Smitten. The feeling of lying on the bed with a few drops of aroma oil must be beyond expression~~ I also take the phrasal verb 'sleep sth off'😁
