The six paths of samsara (repeated reincarnation) 1
hell, hungry ghost, animal, asura, human, heaven
Samsara (repeated reincarnation) is the idea that “things that have life are reborn even after death, and life repeats itself.” Die and be reborn, die and be reborn... (repeat infinitely)
If you say "When you die, everything is over"
Life is futile and death is frightening.
So people came up with some ideas.
The theory of eternal life (永生論), which states that “when one dies, the soul goes to heaven and can live forever.”
Honbaekron (魂魄論), which says, “When you die, your soul goes to heaven, and another soul (魄) remains to protect your descendants.”
And there is the theory of Samsara(reincarnation) that says, “If you die, you will be reborn on this earth.”
Even if I die, if I'm reborn, there's nothing to be so futile and afraid of. The most progressive idea is the theory of reincarnation.
After death, no one can confirm whether it is extinct or reincarnated.
Because no one died and came back to life.
Are the testimonies of near-death experiences true?
If there is a way to heaven after death
There must be a way back to the earth where I lived.
No one ever comes back to see someone they love.
Samsarsa(reincarnation) of the Six Paths
As we have seen before, reincarnation is the idea that “things that have life are reborn even after death, and life repeats itself.” Die and be reborn, die and be reborn... (repeat infinitely)
I will not discuss reincarnation before or after life that is not verified.
I would like to examine the Six Paths of Reincarnation from a psychological point of view.
The six paths are hell, hungry spirits, animals, asuras, humans, and heavens.
Every day we are happy and then worried, distracted and then calm, irritated and then stubborn,
Greed arises, then anger or anger arises.
He goes up and down heaven and hell several times a day, and is reincarnated through the six realms.
The root cause of reincarnation is addiction to three poisons,
Because it is chronic, pain insensitivity to addiction has developed.
There are various methods of detoxification, such as the Four Noble Truths, the Eightfold Path, the Twelve Links, the six Paramitas, the Five Right Mind Pass, and meditation.
However, human beings are usually rooted in a specific, one realm among the six paths.
Psychologist Mark Epstein compares Buddhism's Six Ways of Reincarnation with Western psychology.
“Western psychology focuses only on one area of the Six Paths and fails to cover the other areas, so when one area is solved, another problem arises.
The six paths of reincarnation in Buddhism are fundamental and deal with the whole.”
1) Freud's animal diagram,
2) Analytical psychologists believe that there is no hell characterized by anxiety and aggression,
3) Humanistic psychologists Carl Rogers and Abraham Maslow
4) Ego psychologists focus on human degrees.
Reincarnation of the Six Paths from a psychological point of view that cannot be heard anywhere else!
From the psychology of hell to the psychology of hungry spirits, animals, asuras, humans, and heavens, etc.
An exciting story will unfold.
And in the psychology of the six paths
A prescription is also given for how to get out of it and realize it.
The Three Evil Paths
Hell : Experience hell when aggressive.
Avalokitesvara Bodhisattva holding a mirror or a pure flame.
-> Recognize that you are the cause of your pain.
2) Hungry spirits: You know how to be satisfied when you know satisfaction.
Avalokitesvara Bodhisattva holding a bowl
-> The bowl contains the Buddha's teachings to quench thirst.
Animals: The foolishness of only looking ahead
-> Avalokitesvara Bodhisattva holding a book / Learning and practicing Buddhism
Three Good Paths
Asuras : A ruthless heart with a clear head.
-> Avalokitesvara Bodhisattva holding a fire-breathing sword.
/ It is more effective to cut at once than to reduce gradually.
Humanity : Why is the mind complicated?
-> Avalokiteshvara Bodhisattva in the form of a Buddha
Finding the true self and saving sentient beings
6. Heaven : another extreme
I see withered flowers in colorful flowers.
-> Bodhisattva Avalokiteshvara holding a lyre / The sound of a lyre reminds you to wake up from your dream because pleasure is short-lived.
