I can only imagine how hard things were for you in Japan. Away from your home country. But you did so well...
I have been living in a foreign country for a long time. I still miss my home country, Japan. The language, the culture, the foods, what makes people laugh, countless differences where I can lose my identity.
But you can also find what makes you uniquely you at the core in such an environment.
You are amazing! Your acting and who you are touched so many people in Japan.
I admire your courage, hard work, adventurous spirit and love for life.
Thank you so much for choosing to come to Japan.
By the way, did you know Fumi Nikaido spent months in Canada for American production, Shogun.' In the interview, Fumi expressed her hardships for working in a foreign environment
I think that's one of the reasons why she wanted to learn Korean because she knows how things could be tough for you. I hope you and Fumi had a good chat about working in the different environment and also how much you two learned about yourselves, etc, etc.
I'm looking forward to seeing where you will go from here. Sky is the limit!
