Dear Wonho, Thank you for the new ohhoho!! I really love to watch the photoshoot behinds. You're so cute and funny. Whenever we get new content, it kind of feels like you're still here. I didn't do much today. I got my exercise done early, then it got hot, so I took it easy. I've lost 2kgs since New Year's Day! I'm feeling really positive, not letting negative thoughts get in the way of my goals. You are very disciplined. Always following your workout routine, making sure you stay fit and healthy. I used to be the same. Do you ever have days when you get up in the morning and don't feel like doing a workout? I used to get up at 4am to go swimming before work. It was a heated pool, except it wasn't very heated at that time of the morning because they had barely just opened, and the water had not warmed up yet. I loved to go swimming, but there were mornings in Winter when I truly found it difficult, leaving my nice warm bed to go out and get into a pool of cold water. Brrrrrr!! 🥶😂 I was so fit back then. I would ride my bike to the gym, do two one hour aerobics classes, one after another, then do 20 laps in the pool and ride home. I did that every day. Other times, l would go rollerblading by the beach or bodyboarding at the surf beach. But then l began to feel a lot of pain in my joints. It got really bad, and l was diagnosed with a connective tissue disorder called Ehlers Danlos Syndrome that makes all your joints very loose. It causes hyperflexibility of the joints. I became very depressed and spent several years very inactive. I put on weight and felt even worse. Now, I'm trying really hard to get back to where l was back then.
