I'm feeling better today. I still had to stay in bed most of the time, but I'm sure my cold will be gone soon~
Today I could read some more and in the evening I watched the CrossFit Open 23.2 announcement. I really enjoyed watching the CrossFit Games last year for the first time, so I'm on board from the beginning this year. Do you watch the CrossFit Games? I feel like people that don't do CrossFit themselves might not hear of it, so probably not 🤔 Anyways, I just enjoy the energy and seeing all these different kinds of people do the workouts, it's motivating too! I can't wait to be healthy again so I can work out again~
Hah, I hope I don't sound like I think CrossFit is the best sports out there. It just happens to work best for me, with the classes, fixed times, the coaches and everyone cheering each other on. I enjoyed just going to the gym before that, but since I had no coach or knowledge, I kept doing the same things over and over and lost interest and then completely fell off once corona started.. I also think Calisthenics sounds really good, but there's no classes around, so I had a hard time sticking to it.. So that's how I ended up at CrossFit, it's just what works for me~
I think you can tell by the amount that I wrote today, that I definitely feel a lot more energetic again 😂
