게임에 필요한 기술들을 오른손잡이를 위주로 설명한다면,
그럼 이제 표현들을 한번 보면서 또 설명 하도록 하겠다.

주로 3세트(여성)경기와 5세트경기가 있고, 3 세트에서는 2세를 먼저, 5세트 경기에서는 3세트를 먼저 따는 선수가 이기게 된다. 게임 스코어가

셀 수 없는 경우 – I do exercise 나 I take exercise 처럼 do 나 take 를 사용하여 표현하며, exercises 라고 복수로 표현하지 않는다. 이때의 의미는 일반적으로 우리가 신체적, 정신적 건강을 위하여 운동하는 것을 의미하며, 수영이나 축구, 야구 등의 스포츠 활동도 포함하는 것이다. 예를 들어, Do at least 30 minutes exercise each day (하루에 최소 30분은 운동을 하세요), He never does exercise(그 사람은 운동을 안 해요), Do you take enough exercise?(운동을 충분히 하시나요?), My doctor recommended regular exercise(의사가 규칙적을 운동을 할 것을 권유했어요), I need some exercise(운동이 좀 필요해요)
셀 수 있는 경우 – I do exercises 라고 하며, 일련의 동작들로 이루어져 있는 운동이나 체조를 의미한다. 즉 신체의 특정 부위만을 움직여 강하게 하거나, 건강을 유지할 목적으로 하는 것을 의미한다. 위해서 의미하는 ‘그냥 운동’과는 조금 다르다. 보통 그 신체의 부위를 앞에 함께 사용하고, exercises 라고 복수 형태로 주로 사용한다. 예문을 통하여 그 차이를 한 번 느껴 보자. The doctor gave me some exercises to help with my back(그 의사는 제 등의 건강을 위해서 제 등을 운동 시켜 줬어요), This is a great exercise for the upper back(이 동작은 위쪽 등에 아주 좋은 운동이다), Metal exercises can help older people to sustain their mental abilities(정신 운동은 노인 분들이 정신 건강을 유지하는데 도움이 된다), He recommended the following exercises to increase circulation(그 사람이 혈액 순환 활성화에 도움이 된다고 다음과 같은 운동을 추천했어요)

Do exercises가 학교 교실 상황에서는 ‘연습문제를 풀다’라는 의미가 되니 주의하자.
