2. 업무개요
- Create master data, Orders in SAP & CRM and coordinate shipping schedule and documents with Bayer
internal & external partners in overseas
- Coordinate Customs clearance for stock business and Bayer Korea sample orders.
- Manage Inventory & Logistics service providers and handle domestic orders with warehouses.
- Communicate with external customers for updating the order information.
- Monitor Customer’s Accounting/Receivable & overdue status and report the payment plan to HongKong Credit
management team & local Credit management team.
- Support regional safety audit of Logistics service provider and follow up the corrective action.
- Conduct LSP(Logistics Service Provider) procurement collaborating with local cooperate procurement team
based on result of evaluation considering service quality and cost & LSP service assessment
- Handle customers’ Complaint & inquires
- Lead relevant projects
- Comply all internal & external guideline in trade & Chemical substance management

3. 응시자격
- At least over 3 years experienced in customer service, trading and logistics
- Professional knowledge in Trade & Logistics
- Proficient Knowledge of order processing systems with SAP
- Good written and spoken English & Korean
- Service minded, cooperative, must be a team player with excellent organizing and coordinating skills
- Accurate order fulfillment upon customer's requirement in timely manner
- Proactive & professional communication skill
