Mehod
1. Clam stock
1) Mash the garlic and stir-fry.
2) Stir-fry the sliced garlic in a pan and flavor it, then add the lemon, parsley, and clam.
3) Put white wine in a pan and cook on low heat.
4) When the clam is cooked, add water and bring it to a boil.
2. Spaghetti alle vongole
1) Garlic is crushed and red bell peppers are brunoised.
2) Stir-fry oil and garlic in a pan without burning them, then add fresh basil, stock, and white wire.
And then reduce that.
3) After the above step, add the spaghetti and mix, then add clam, parman cheese, salt, and pepper, and finish.

*Pasta의 종류
Fettuccine: Fettuce의 얇은 버전이다. Fettuccine는 대략 1/4인치 넓이이다. 다발로 느슨하게 돌돌 묶어 팔고 납작한 모양이다.
Conchigile: 조개 모양의 파스타.
Penne: 양 끝이 뾰족해서 '볼펜 끝'이라는 뜻을 가진 파스타
*Consideration
-Through this class, I learned more Italian cooking and learned a lot by learning pasta using seafood. I am very happy that I can learn more about Italy through my professor. The last thing I felt was that I should learn some more Italian or English words.
