<P>How many cups of coffee do you drink a day?<BR>Actually, I didn't like coffe in and of itself. Drinking a cup of coffee was next to an annual event.<BR>However, OH MY GOD!!!!<BR>Teacher said to us " If you don't want to drink a cup of coffee, why don't you give up your habit?"<BR>It is something like a clap of thunder in the clear sky.<BR>In the end, I decided to change my old habit.<BR>At the very first beginning, every time I drank, my stomach was upset, saying <BR>"Oh, what the hell, you don't want to do that"<BR>I,however, continued to drink a cup of matra and finally succeeded in adapting myself to drink it.<BR>With a cup of mantra, I can perk up every single moring.<BR>And these days, I learned about advantages of caffeine on our health in 청취왕class.<BR>NPR has it that caffeine has beneficial effects on memory, brain diseases as well as perk me up.<BR>It is no exeggeration to say that you will be getting smart with a cup of mantra.<BR>So, I thank Cho the Teacher for helping to change my habit.</P>
