Customer Care Specialist
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
· Work closely with the sales team to acquire and retain customers
· Maintain and improve customer relationships
· Perform regular follow-up calls on updated pricing quotes
· Follow up on sales leads
· Actively and consistently promote all products and services of the Company
· Assist in improving sales program, products and services of the Company
· Answer customer inquiries on available supply chain solutions
· Record and resolve complaints, or, escalate to appropriate department
· Update and maintain customer profiles
· Prepare timely and useful reports on sales calls for management, using OECs’ CMS software.
SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENT PROFILE
· Strong communication skills
· Strong persuasive abilities
· Enthusiastic and result driven
· Ability to apply efficient prospecting methods for clientele development
· Strong organization skills
· Knowledge of Windows based programs required: general computer literacy including Lotus notes, Excel, Word, PowerPoint and CMS (Customer Management System)

Ocean & Air Import Coordinator
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
-Handling Ocean & Air Import freight files.
-Shipment delivery arrangements and planning
-Verification of OBL, AWB & Payment requirements prior to shipment release
-Read, monitor and respond promptly to all incoming communications (clients and other business partners-domestic and overseas) in order to properly manage and control daily operational issues
-Verify bookings and get appropriate approvals before relaying information overseas
-Booking of cargo with transport companies
-Guaranteeing and billing of storage/demurrage for approved accounts
-Responsible to ensure the approval of supplier's invoices and verifying overseas agent's remittance on a timely basis
-Responsible for resolving in a diligent and business efficient
manner customer complaints and implement measures to prevent their frequency and recurrence
-Responsible to resolve internal and operation problems on a diligent and business efficient manner in order to prevent service deficiencies and/or customers' dissatisfaction
-Improve on an ongoing basis internal systems and procedures in order to favor customer service and department internal efficiency.
-Other tasks and duties assigned from time to time.

POSITION REQUIREMENTS
-Minimum two (2) years experience in similar position with an International Freight Forwarding organization
-Strong people skills
-Good Communication skills and customer service oriented
-Ability to set priorities and organize workload assigned in an efficient manner
-Good Computer skills
-Able to work under pressure
