There are many stories in the Bible about women who couldn't have children. These stories start with the inability to have children and make us look forward to what comes next. This is how God works. Women of faith, those who demonstrate acts of faith, often start by being unable to have children, but then God grants them children. This is not just about having children – it's about having faith that God will help in all aspects of life: succeeding in business, doing well in your job, and solving life's problems. We need a faith that expects God to help us overcome our circumstances.
It's not about vague faith, but faith that has substance and evidence. In such a family, John the Baptist was born, and because he was a son given by God, he could be dedicated to God. The same goes for Mary and Joseph. Having these kinds of stories allows us to dedicate our sons to God.
