<p style="text-align: left;">i have purchased THE B official membership (5th gen) since December 21 but until now my level is not upgraded. it feels like a total lost and unfair for us who purchased membership at the same time with the others but have to wait for reviewed post which is usually coming 4 months later. regular member and The B might be the same on Daum fancafe but it's definitely not the same when it comes to concert presale 😞 can we still have the access for presale if we have purchased the membership haven't leveled up as THE B (which is not our fault)? where can i file a complaint about this?</p>

첫댓글hi fellow The B! 💙 From what I researched, I think we have to receive the kit first before upgrading our status. We need the information from the membership card id we will be receiving, and enter it to the application form for the change of status. Just a reminder, the staff hasn't updated the dates of the delivery so rest assured, all of us are still on the wait.
hi, i received another answer that actually the member will normally be leveled up automatically after purchasing, and it's only a few of us who unfortunately failed to be upgraded and must wait for staff to post in the board to help us manually just like the previous 4th gen registration. so which one is true? do all of us have to wait for the kit or just those who haven't been upgraded automatically after purchase? that gets me confused.
@gebriyaniWhat I can suggest is to check the Melon website, this fan cafe website and the official Twitter account of @IST_THE_BOYZ regularly. There, you can find official announcements regarding the membership. IST should guide and take care of us.
@gebriyaniI think, the info you got from the other fan is the old process. Because before, the fanclub membership is processed in Vlive platform. Ever since Vlive was acquired and had a new management, IST processes membership through the Daum fancafe instead. That's why, maybe in the old process, it was automatic.

@gebriyaniNo worries. They will add another column under the Level Tab for the 5th membership. For the notifs and updates, they will notify us through email or through the official fan sites of The Boyz. Just stay tuned! If I ever received an update from them, I'll contact you also. So you can set your expectations too.
