1. I have my opponent in a side mount. My left arm is under his neck for control of his head. Keep your knees tight against his body. My right knee is pressed into his right hip. My left knee pressed under his right arm pit. Try to drive his right biscep against his right ear for maximum control of this arm, and lower the risk of taking heavy strikes. |
2. Post your right knee across the lower abdomen of your opponent. Maintain good balance. |

3. Slide your right knee to the other side of your opponent's chest. Make sure your foot follows the same path as your knee to avoid your opponent catching you in his guard. Post your knee under his left armpit. Squeeze your knees together to drive both arms into his own ears. |
4. Grab his left wrist with your left hand. Keep his hand to your chest and off the ground. |

5. Slide your right arm capturing his upper arm in the bend of your elbow. Lock your right hand to your left wrist and pull it toward your chest. |
6. To finish, pull your right arm inward, down to your right, while you push your left hand out and to the right. |
