재료 : 돼지갈비 약 4근정도/감자 4개/당근 1개/
양파 3개/대파 2뿌리/청양고추 8~9개
양념 : 시판용 돼지갈비양념 큰것1개/진간장/다진마늘/후추가루/고추가루
(식구수가 적은경우엔 반정도로 조절하면 되겠지여???^^)
☆ 갈비 데치기 ☆

먼저 갈비를 끓는물에 약 5~10분간 (넣고 끓기 시작점부터~~)끓인 후에
찬물에 2~3번 헹구어 줍니당~~^^
(고기중에 큰 고기는 알맞은 크기로 잘라주세여~~^^)

1..냄비에 갈비 높이의 1.5~2배가량 되게끔 양념을 넣고 물을 부어줍니다
2..진간장& 다진마늘 &후추가루를 넣고약 50분간 끓여줍니다
진간장을 넣을때는 물이 끓었을때..넘 짜지 않게 간을 맞추어줍니다
고기높이정도까지 국물이 쫄을때까지 끓여줘여~~^^
(시판 양념이 달달하기 때문에 설탕이나 물엿은 더 안 넣어도 됩니다)
3..끓는 중간중간 2~3번 국자를 살짝 대어 기름기를 걷어줍니다

4..갈비를 끓이는 동안에 야채를 다듬어 잘라주세여~~^^
(사진처럼 감자(중크기) 4등분/당근 2~3등분/양파(반개) 4~6등분)
(대파는 반갈라 3~4cm로 길쭉하게/청양고추는 어슷썰기로)
