PhoneBox is a North American wireless network provider that offers affordable mobile plans on a 5G network for students and travellers. Since 2011 we’ve been growing in Canada and now we are expanding to the United States.
What will be your responsibilities
Understand and evaluate the communication needs of PhoneBox; execute solutions to meet unique business needs in the telecommunication sector
Compile and prepare communication materials (brochures, newsletters, etc.) for internal mailings and external events
Source and manage new, current, and past leads with different type of management based on the priority and preferences of partners
Create and support the new project involving lead generation of new partners and/or opportunities
Fully understand transactional details of business processes and user experiences throughout
Serve as a spokesperson for PhoneBox and respond to all written and oral inquiries
Prepare and oversee service agreements and new partnership contracts
Remain in frequent contact with business partners to understand and meet their individual needs
Represent PhoneBox at international events, conferences and trade shows
Qualifications A diploma would be a plus, but it’s not mandatory for this position. Previous experience in sales, customer service, or related field High proficiency in MS Office What are the skills we need from you
