The Bible is not a science. It is impossible to express the origin of the world in scientific language, and such an attempt is like building a house on sand. Language cannot perfectly express everything. Perhaps the limitation of its expression opens the way to singing mystery.

As if he had become a time traveler dating back to the time of creation, the poet does not miss every single cut of creation and contains it in the lens of his covenant. The world he is looking into, the world he is paying attention to, the world we have lost today, the world we have forgotten. What role am I playing in the big filmography from creation to salvation?

The poet describes God as the king of heaven, using him as honor and authority, and using the sky like an insignia. He builds the pavilion of the palace of heaven based on water and sings as a creator who uses clouds, wind, and flames as you wish. It is a figurative expression of all the powers above the sky obeying before him (1-4). God has laid the foundation that has not been shaken forever on the ground.

He set the boundary of the water (창 1:2), the force of chaos that covered the world, and prevented it from crossing. So the water only goes the way you provided it (cruel and thunderous) and is only in one place. The power of God's word to create a world of chaos and disorder into a place of harmony and order is metaphorically expressed.
-
Even now, evil forces endlessly disrupt nature and the world and create many hardships and disasters, but God is in charge of everything. God is using chaos or hardship as a raw material for new creation to whole the saints and create saloms in the human world. The water of chaos is also used as water to save lives through God's sovereign interference.

The spring water of the valley that flows as God has set it, boosts the vitality of wild animals, wild birds, and birds in the air, and the water (rain) from the pavilion of the sky has produced abundant fruits on the ground. He gave grass to livestock, vegetables, oil and aquaculture to humans, grew trees for birds to live in with satisfactory water, made mountains goats on high mountains, and rocks to be useful to raccoons. Lord! Give me the eyes to see the world of the bird with the heart of my father, who even supervises the life of a small creature.

Will I always take off the scales of my eyes covered with greedy beans?
What can I express the realm of mystery that cannot be expressed in language?

Lord, who governs chaos, the true world built by God is a world where all creatures have a nest within the boundary and are free from shortage. But because of human greed, is the world groaning with chaos and disorder. Lord, may you please peel off the beans of my greed by making chaos intact as the raw material for new creation.
