오리탕은 닭보다도 오래 끓여야 하기에 먹기 좋은 크기로 잘라줍니다.
오리고기는 뼈가 단단하기에 닭보다 1.5배~2배 정도의 시간동안 끓여주세요.
오리탕에 들어가는 오리를 자를 때는 남자가 잘라 주시는 편이 좋습니다.
오리는 닭보다 뼈가 더 단단해서 손을 다칠 수 있으니 특히나 주의하시기 바랍니다.
