Sr. OD Sales Representative – Autovue Application Sales - Korea RESPONSIBILITIES: -This position carries quarterly and annual quotas. Sales experience carrying a quota, and managing a full sales cycle including closure is necessary for Oracle’s Account Management roles.
KEY METRICS:
l Primary measurement will be closed revenue vs quota as with any sales role l Forecast accuracy l Number of new customers l Number of referenceable customers l Pipeline and demand generation - aiming for a 3x quota coverage l Consistent delivery against quota targets - quarter on quarter l Win/loss ratio's l Growing average deal sizes l Team work

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS: l BS or BA degree l Proven ability to manage complex sales cycle, with a track record of successful revenue attainment l Excellent communication/negotiating/closing skills with customers/prospects l Aggressive, great attitude, organizational skills and a self-starter. Willingness to work towards achieving goals in a changing and challenging environment l History of consistent achievement of sales targets l Degree a minimum of 5 years' sales experience with more than 2 years in software sales, actively participating in all stages of the sales cycle l Ability to communicate effectively over the telephone and written (inc by email) with high level decision makers l High level of understanding of Business Practices and Processes l Preferably comprehensive knowledge of Oracle's products or competitive products or ability and willingness to quickly learn this l Must be a good team player and be able to solve problem independently l Any CAD, PLM, SCM, Document Management experience is a real asset l Sales in the following verticals is an asset: Manufacturing, Aerospace and Defense, Automotive, Electronics and High Tech, AEC, Utilities, Oil & Gas l Fluency in English and Korean is a prerequisite

Oracle AutoVue viewing, markup and collaboration solutions support hundreds of native formats: 3D CAD parts & assemblies, 2D CAD drawings, PCB/IC layouts & schematics, scanned & raster documents, vector files, office documents and graphics
Specific responsibilities include: - Manage and close Oracle sales opportunities through forecasting, account resource allocation, account strategy, and planning -Proactive selling of Oracle AutoVue application products through telephone, Internet technology/or web based presentations -Develop and manage an opportunity pipeline through demand generation, targeted campaigns, targeting Oracle installed base for upsell and cross sell, effectively identifies and qualifies sales opportunities -Learn and maintain in-depth knowledge of AutoVue solution, competitors, industry trends -Develop and maintain competitive knowledge on industries and products to leverage in sales cycle l Proactively leverage partners and other LOB sales to maximize our coverage and value brought to the customer l Manage customer satisfaction and build referenceable in key customers or focused products l Recruit and manage partners to compliment Oracle's offering; enable partner to selling and servicing Oracle solutions, help partners better engage internal resources for deal closure l Sells at various levels, particularly to CXOs (CTO, CIO, CFO & CEO) -Work closely with Oracle Account Sales to co-develop and sell into assigned verticals or territory -Work closely with Sales Consultant (Presales) on creating clearer set of customer requirements, assisting with qualification and prioritization and creating compelling solutions through effective presentations and demonstrations | | | | |
