Jobs that pay high salaries but have you live away from your friends and families; jobs that pay less but have you live closer to your friends and families.
Over the past few decades, it has been generally argued whether working at a company which pays high salaries but has you live away from your family and friends is better than working at a company that pays less but lets you live closer with your friends and families. Some people might think that having a job which is near from your family and friends will make a better benefit by helping each other. However, I am more convinced that the job which pays enough salary even though its location is far from your family and friends is much better than the job which provides low salary but let you live within your hometown with your family and friends. The fact is that I have a couple of reasons for my opinion. I would like to clearly show and explain my personal opinion in the next following two paragraphs: helping family and friends with it and leading you into a better life.
To start with, when you are given quite a high salary, you can decrease the amount of worries that are related with friends and families with it. When one of the members of your family or one of your friends has a problem, they usually ask you a big help. To tell one of my experiences as an example of this, I have an uncle who works at a big company which gives him a lot of salary. When he gets the salary, he uses half of it to help us. Some people might think that working on a job that is closer to families and friends is better to help them instead of working on a Job that pays high salary. However, if you work on a job that has low income, you would not be able to help your friends or your family because of the lack of money. On the other hand, if you work on a job that offers you a big income, you would have at least some of the money to support your friends and families. This obviously says that the job which offers enough salary is more dependable and reliable in terms of helping families and friends with it.
Moreover, working on a high paying job lets us have a better life in the future. Some people might think that they have enough money and think they don’t need more. Actually, in these days making more money is a better way for the more prosperous future life. By making a lot of money, you can spend it on a lot of uses. In fact, most of my school students said working on a job that pays high salary is useful for many uses. For example, if you plan to go to USA, you can use the saved money to go there. Also, when you get married, you can use the money for the honeymoon, also for the children. This apparently shows that making much money by working for a company can be broadly used in your daily life.
To summarize the points made in the paragraphs above, I do believe that working on a job that pays you a lot of salary but has you live not close to your friends and families is much more essential than a job that pays you low salary and lets you live closer to your friends and families in that we can earn a lot of money for many uses as we have a job with a big salary, for example, helping you family and friends and making you have a better life.

Over the past few decades, it has been generally discussed whether employees who sincerely follow their manager’s direction are better than employees who are highly creative to find out better ways to solve problems or discuss issues for themselves. Some people might think that employees who sincerely follow their manager’s direction are better for company. However, I am more convinced that employees who are highly creative to find out better ways to solve problems or discuss issues for company are better for company. To tell the truth, I have a couple of reasons for holding my idea. I would like to clearly show and explain my personal opinion in the next following two paragraphs: giving better ideas to people and making the employees highly stimulated.
To begin with, when an employee is creative enough to make better ways and discuss issues of the company, the company can get a better, effective idea and give a better interest to people. For instance, when that company gets interest, many people might want to know more about it and they want to work in that company. Some people might think that listening to the manager’s order would make a better result. However, when you only follow your manager’s order, others might expect you to improve or develop it, but in reality it would be so difficult because it is not your own idea. On the other hand, the idea only directed from the manager might not be superior to the idea made by all employees. Therefore, following the very idea from the manager is not always appropriate. To tell one of my experiences, my aunt worked at a publisher company. She wrote an article, following her manager’s instructions. The results were that people did not really like it. But when she discussed the article with her friends and rewrote the article, the results from the people were greater. This obviously says that employees who are highly creative to find out better ways and discuss issues of the company are more successful.
Moreover, employees who are highly creative to find out better ways to solve problems or discuss issues can make other employees stimulated and motivated. If employees are lazy, it would take a lot of time to finish a work. Some people might think that taking the manager’s orders is a faster way to solve a work. However, in a company there is only one manager, so it is hard to order every single employee. In the end, it takes more time. On the other hand, working with groups or making solutions by oneself, it makes the employee busier. To tell one of my other experiences, my dad worked in a company, only following the manager’s direction. By then, my dad became much lazier. So it took more time to finish a work. This apparently shows that employees who are highly creative to find out better ways and discuss issues of the company are more efficient.
To summarize the points made in the paragraphs above, I do believe that employees who are highly creative to find out better ways to solve problems or discuss issues for a company are better for the company than only following the manager’s direction, in that employees can get better interest to people and get more stimulated.
