BRUFMA welcomes Each Home Counts review

The other key proposals of the review which BRUFMA supports are:
• a charter — to ensure all consumers receive excellent customer service will clear redress process and guarantees;
• a code of conduct setting out how companies behave operate and report; and,
• codes of practice relevant to the installation and minimise the risk of poor quality.
Kevin Bohea, BRUFMA president said: “thermal insulation is one of the most cost-effective ways of improving the energy efficiency of a property. BRUFMA members represent almost 50% of the UK’s thermal insulation market and our members tell us that the backing of both installers and consumers is important.
