Human Resources/ Protocol Officer
SELECTION CRITERIA
A. The ability to manage Human Resource issues including the calculation of salaries, pensions, insurance and other entitlements. Experience in the management of the recruitment processes from advertisement to the finalisation of the selection process.
B. Experience with arranging protocol issues relation to MOFAT protocols such as identification cards, driver’s licences, duty free entitlements, vehicle registration and its insurance.
C. Ability to work with limited supervision, to prioritise tasking and manage workflow in a high pressure environment, often within tight deadlines.
D. The ability to work cooperatively, efficiently and flexibly as a member of a small team. A high level of fluency in spoken and written Korean and English, and the ability to communicate effectively at all levels.
It is highly desirable that applicants have the following:
1. Relevant tertiary qualifications in Human Resource management.
2. Previous experience as a Human Resource/Protocol Officer.
3. Previous experience dealing with Korean Government Agencies on a range of issues.
