But anyway, I don’t know if you have read one of my letters before but I started working out not long ago too. I was overweight with my height. My BMI is too high and I couldn’t fit on my clothes or work uniform anymore so I decided to be as dedicated as you in exercising almost daily. I spend 3 days in the gym per week 1-1.5hrs each as that’s what my time can only give me. Then I spend 2-3 days following workout videos at home if given the chance. If there are days I don’t exercise, that means I’m at work for around 13-15hrs during the day and didn’t get the chance to do so.
I also told you last time that my goal is to reach 55kg before the concert. I don’t know if I’ll ever achieve it since I won’t be able to weigh myself next week or even go to the gym until before I go to Korea because I am obliged to go together with my nephews and cousin who are touring Singapore until the day of my flight to Korea.
But you know, this is my small progress:
May 23, 2024 - 60.9kg
July 4, 2024 - 56.4kg
My body can’t lose so much weight like it used to. I guess I’m really getting old. But I’m already very happy with my progress 😊 this is my win! I will continue getting body aches in exercising and losing weight. My new goal now is 52kg before the Zeneration II in Manila. Please cheer for me!

Thank you always for inspiring me to do things I never thought I would be able to do before like losing weight or exercising that I am not fond of. You are such a good influence to me and a lot of The Bs ❤️
