We are seeking a Sales Operation Coordinator to join our Sales Team.

2. Responsibilities
: Develop and sustain solid relationships with key clients (Loblaws, Sobeys, WM, etc.)
: Act as the main point of contact between key clients and internal teams
: Communicate and collaborate with the marketing, sales, and logistics departments to ensure that key clients’ needs are met.
: Address and resolve key clients’ complaints and needs
: Develop a thorough understanding of key clients' needs and requirements, and prepare
customized solutions.
: Negotiate contracts with key clients and meet established deadlines for the fulfillment of each client's long‐term goals
: Supervise the account manager assigned to each key client
: Develop individual quotas and assign territories to team members
: Monitor and organize inventory while effectively tracking new products and services
: Maintain organized sales records and report month‐end goals to the senior management
3. Work location and hours
: 8500 Keele Street Vaughan, ON L4K 2A6
: Mon‐Fri 09:00‐17:30
4. Qualification:
: Hands on experience with MS Office (MS Excel in particular)
: Understanding of sales performance metrics
: Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
: Strong communication and interpersonal skills with aptitude in building relationships with professionals of all organizational levels
: Fluent in English
