Job Description – Sales Development Representative
Reports to:
The SDR will report to the sales manager and the key account manager
Job Overview:
We are looking for a qualified Sales administrator to join our sales team to oversee the relationships of the company with its most important clients. You will be responsible for obtaining and maintaining long term key customers by comprehending their requirements.
The ideal candidate will be apt in building strong relationship with strategic customers. You will be able to identify needs and requirements to promote our company’s solutions and achieve mutual satisfaction.
The goal is to contribute in sustaining and growing our business to achieve long-term success.
Ultimately, you should be able to contribute to high quality customer service and achieve sales targets.
Responsibilities:
· Acquire a thorough understanding of key customer needs and requirements
· Serve as the link of communication between key customers and internal teams
· Process orders and invoicing
· Liaise with the Logistics department to ensure timely deliveries and contact 3PL to arrange shipping schedules if necessary
· Maintain and update sales and customer records
· Maintain and update a product catalogue of KFT
· Communicate important feedback from customers internally
· Ensure sales targets are met and report any deviations
· Check data accuracy in orders and invoices
Qualification:
· Hands on experience with MS Office (MS Excel in particular)
· Understanding of sales performance metrics
· Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
· Strong communication and interpersonal skills with aptitude in building relationships with professionals of all organizational levels
· Fluent in English
