지난 번에 엽기토끼님 번개를 이 근처 삼삼구이 집에서 했더랬습니다.
그날 2차 가면서 하모를 한다는 가게를 봐두었는데....
이제 하모 철이 오고해서 시험삼아 방문해 보았습니다...
보통 하모는 6~8월, 좀 길게보면 5~9월 정도에 여수 등지에서 많이 먹는 장어류의 일종입니다.
여름에 여수 놀러가면 한번씩 먹어줬는데....
부산에는 최근 여러곳 생겻다고 들었습니다만,
대구에선 접하지를 못하고 있던 차에 가게가 보여서 아주 반갑더군요...

주택공사 뒷편 골목 삼삼구이 대곡점에서 좌측 방향 골목으로 가다보면 우측에 보입니다.
여기서 좀더 내려가면 제가 가끔가는 홍어집이 있습니다..

이집에서는 하모 사시미에는 양파를 크게 썰어주고
샤브샤브에는 양파를 잘게 주시던데...

곁음식 좋아하는 대구 스타일에 맞춰 야채를 아주 많이 같이 나오는데..
포만감 유지에도 좋고 속도 편하더군요...
양이 적고 씨알이 좀 가는 것이 아쉬운 점이긴 하지만,
멀리가서 먹어야 할 음식을 이렇게 가까운 곳에서 먹게 된 것만 해도 좋습니다..
그리고, 라면 사리 대신 여수에서는 땅콩죽을 쒀 주기도 하는데,
대구분들 입맛에 맞지않아서 그만두셨다는 이야기도 들었습니다.
대구 식문화의 다양화를 위해서도

PS 1> 일하시는 아주머니와 사장님께서 카메라에 상당히 불편해하시더군요..
