Job Position: Sales Administrator for Chinese Market

The sales administrator will report to the business manager and the key account manager
Job Overview:
We are looking for a qualified Sales administrator to join our sales team and help us achieve our goals. You will serve as a point of contact for customers with queries about products, orders and deliveries and provide support for sales representatives.
Our ideal candidate is goal-oriented and has a deep knowledge of customer service best practices. If you have exceptional organizational skills and draw energy from being part of a team, we would like to meet you.
Ultimately, you should be able to contribute to high quality customer service and achieve sales targets.
Responsibilities
• Inputting daily orders and communicate with the logistics department for further processing
• Provide general support to the sales team
• Act as the point of contact for internal and external clients
• Liaise with senior members of the team to handle requests and queries from senior managers
• Prepare, key in invoices, presentations, brochures, catalogs, reports
• Determine and establish office procedures
Requirements and skills
• Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
• Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS PowerPoint, in particular)
• Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work
• Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task
• High School degree; additional qualification as an Administrative assistant or Secretary will be a plus
