Overview: TrendyBlinds & Closets is seeking an enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Marketing & Client Project Assistant. This entry-level position will involve providing vital support in both marketing initiatives and client project management. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to learn and grow in executing digital marketing campaigns, managing project orders, and assisting with various tasks related to showroom organization and client projects.
Responsibilities: Marketing:
Assist in executing designated digital marketing strategies, covering SEO/SEM, email marketing, social media, and display advertising campaigns.
Support in maintaining the showroom with accurate and organized product information to enhance customer experience.
Collaborate with internal teams to assist in developing landing pages and optimizing user experience for increased engagement.
Aid in coordinating with agencies and vendor partners to support the execution of marketing initiatives.
Utilize Korean and Chinese language skills, if available, to effectively communicate and target audiences in these markets.
Assist in client project support where needed.
Qualifications:
College diploma in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
Strong interest in marketing and client project management.
Willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment.
Google Digital Academy Certification (Google Ads) & Social Media Marketing skill preferred.
Proficiency in Excel, Microsoft Office Suite, Photoshop, Canva, and any video editing software is advantageous.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
Legal work status in Canada (Minimum: Work permit, PGWP)
