If the surrounding of me was similar,
there would not be lots of option.
Most of all, I want to run my business in the end.
My capability of sales is always judged as great from my customers. But, same problem repeats again everytime. That's because items are not differentiated or the employers don't understand about sales at all.
In this world, There are two kinds of business model. One thing is so differentiated that there are few rivals or not at all. For example, Youtube, Ms office and GE airplane engine belong to the first group. Another group is not differntiated from other rivals so their competition is always fierce.
My current company's business model belongs to second group.
In the second group, Function of sales activity is very important. It's not exaggertion even if sales activitis regard as everything in second group.
In the second group, In order to take successful result, sales staff including CEO must be lobbist.
I advocate giving small gift and meal within the legal scope. If that activity is repeated, The effect is enormous in my experience. But, I don't advocate giving bribe to customers. Rather, bribery can be poisonous for permanent business.
In perfectly competitive market, simple approach is fast way to fail.
In the market, Differentiated sales activity sole and strong weapon.
