A 37 year-old-male
presents with pelvic pain and inability to bear weight after falling from height
while doing construction. On physical exam he is hemodynamically stable. He has
tenderness to pressure on the bilateral pubic rami and the sacrum. He has pain
with any motion of the left hip. Following urinary catheterization there is no
evidence of hematuria. His past medical history is
unremarkable.
