Why Buddhism?
Anxiety, nervousness, anxiety, worry, insomnia,
depression, panic disorder, etc.
Most modern people say they have a lot of stress.
But I also have one stress.
Others say it's stressful.
The only stress I have is
‘Why don’t I have the stress that other people have?’
Since when did all stress disappear and only have one stress?
It became like that at some point while studying Buddhism.
Not only me, but many people who have studied, realized, and practiced Buddhism to a certain level of consciousness lived comfortably and happily instead of stress and suffering.
If you have a relationship with Buddhism, you can blow away your stress and suffering.
I hope you are always comfortable and happy.
Nothing is free in this world.
If you want results without effort, or if you try to get a lot with little effort, It's stupid, and it's easy to be scammed if you're stupid.
To get rid of stupidity and become wise and happy,
the answer is in Buddhism.
Please listen to Buddhist lectures often, study Buddhist scriptures, and practice meditation.
To be smart, think 2W 1H is good.
‘What?, Why?, How?’
If you live by applying ‘What?, Why?, How?’, you will be rational, rational and Because it becomes a scientific inquiry,
you can be wise without being fooled by lies.
Let's apply it to Buddhism.
What is Buddhism? why do you do Buddhism? how to do Buddhism?
When you do something, first and foremost,
you must have a purpose for why you are doing it.
Similarly, when choosing a religion or practicing Buddhism,
there must be a purpose for 'why doing it?'
If there is a purpose for ‘why should I do Buddhism?’, ‘what is it?’ and ‘how should I do it?’ will follow.
So why do you do Buddhism? Let’s start with ‘Why?’
IIf there is no profit, there is no need to do anything, right?
There are tremendous benefits to doing Buddhism.
What are the benefits?
Have you ever heard that your tongue tastes good
when you eat delicious food?
Have you ever heard that hearing good sounds makes your ears happy?
Did your eyes rejoice when you got what you wanted?
If you get money, power, honor, etc., are you happy, joyful,
and happy forever?
Joyful, happy, painful and sad, everything is the work of the mind.
If you study water religion,
you will know the principles of how the mind works.
And furthermore, who I am?, how the world is made,
and the ultimate reason for me and the world.
So, if you want to find the happiness you always have,
you have to find your heart.
There is nothing like Buddhism to find the heart.
Buddhism is a navigation to happiness.
Buddhism does not believe in nonsensical things t
hat do not fit reality.
A person who is rational, rational, and has a scientific mind
It is a religion suitable and necessary for stressful modern people.
