■ 직무 요약 :
We are looking for any candidates who are very innovative and creative player in the Actuarial Pricing. Currently we are in the middle of jumping up to the next stage to make more sophisticated and automated ratemaking template for the KIDI and its process. Anyone who is able to easily learn and adapt to the new environment could apply for this position. We have the long term strategy for all pricing actuarial students to be exposed to any business lines. We also need any senior actuarial crew who has a solid educational background regarding actuarial science and its related subjects. One of the challenging parts is that the candidate should be able to participate in the global initiatives to catch up and collaborate to make our entity be the leader in the market.
■ 직무 내용 :
Market Pricing:
• Regularly monitor the KPIs and perform the rate filing to increase the net premium or rebalancing(off-balancing) if necessary
• Maintain and upgrade the database to be in line with pricing activities
• Maintain and develop the analytics to produce some diagnostics
• Manage and train the junior actuarial students while letting them perform the duties
Traditional KIDI ratemaking template maintenance and enhancement
• Prepare the rate filing based on the KIDI template and analyzing ratemaking results by market segments to make sure that the pricing action would work to improve the profitability
• Base on the monitoring results, assist enhancing the template to reflect those changes in the market
• Perform some regular daily work to satisfy the compliance rule internally and externally
Ad-hoc support:
• Help the GLM model updating and data reconciliation
• Update the knowledge set and technical specialties to keep up with the global actuarial practice in the AGD and industry
■ 응시 자격 :
▶ SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS
• Bachelor degree or above (e.g. Mathematics, Statistics and Actuarial Science are preferred)
• At least 5 years of experience in the actuarial fields or Masters/PhD. Degree majored in Statistics, Actuarial Science or related fields in case of less than 5 years of experience
• Korean Actuarial License and some CAS(SOA) exams could be a good assets
• Good at communicating with the different stakeholders internally or externally
• Fairly good understanding about the regulatory environment in Korea
• Must be a proactive and innovative player in terms of the actuarial technical modeling
• Must be good at the technical programming including the SAS, EXCEL/ACCESS VBA or any other complicating process or template in an actuarial field
