Job Responsibilities
· Coordinate office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance to company policies.
· Manage phone calls and correspondence (e-mail, letters, etc.)
· Manage account receivable / payable and bookkeeping procedures.
· Handle sourcing materials and supply chain management.
· Collaborate with other departments to ensure sales, marketing, queries, and deliveries are handled efficiently.
· Manage agendas/travel arrangements/appointments etc. for the upper management.
Qualifications
· Proven experience as an office administrator or relevant role
· Excellent knowledge of MS Office and office management software
· Korean/English Bilingual will be an advantage.
· BA in Business administration or relevant field is preferred.
· Good administrative, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
· Excellent communication, sales, and customer service skills.
· The ability to multitask, work in a fast-paced environment, and meet deadlines.
