Immigration Act review Tuesday, May 24, 2005 The Department of Labour will be carrying out a fundamental review of the Immigration Act. The purpose of the review is to develop legislation that enables New Zealand to manage immigration outcomes for our national advantage. This legislation must be flexible enough to respond to change and development, and meet our international obligations.

The information about you in this form is being collected to determine whether we will grant you a visa or permit for a Working Holiday in New Zealand. The main recipient of the information is the New Zealand Immigration Service of the Department of Labour, but it may also be shared with other Government agencies that are entitled to this information under applicable legislation. In particular, the Ministry of Social Development (Work and Income) may be given information about your personal resources.
This information may also be used to determine your entitlement to board a flight to come or return to New Zealand. The collection of the information is authorised by the Immigration Act 1987 and the Immigration Regulations made under that Act. 하라고 적혀져 있는데요. 제가 보기에는 지원후 개인 메일로 추가 서류 요청이 올 것 같은데요. 만약 이때 재정능력증명서(잔고증명서)를 요청하면 친구분들에게라도 빌려서라도 약 450만원 정도는 만드셨으면해요.^^;; 왜냐면 항공권이 있으시더라도 그쪽에서는 확인할 방법이 없기 때문에요. 최소 생활비 (NZ$4,200)와 왕복항공권 비용을 충당할 재정적 능력을 증명 해야해서 약 450만원정도 이상은 잔고 증명으로 보이셨으면 합니다.^^*}
=> a. 만약 출국시 비자나 마스터 카드를 소지하신 분은 영문잔고증명서가 필요가 없어요.^^*
b. 영문잔고증명서는 출국하시기 1~2주내에 받으시길 바랍니다.^^*
c. 대채로 영문잔고증명서를 요청하지는 않지만요. 호주처럼 랜덤으로 체크를 하기도 해요.^^;;

너무너무 감사해요^^* 저는 어제밤에 신청을 했는데요..다른 부분은 다 위의 내용과 같은데 Health Page1 에서 마지막에 두가지의 질문이 더 추가되어 있었어요. 첫번째 질문은 임산부냐고 묻는거라서 쉽게 답했지만 두번째 질문은 도통 해석하기가 힘들더라구요..^^; 필수대답표시인 빨간별표가 없길래 아무런 체킹도 안하고 next를 했는데 무사통과 되었습니다.. 비자신청도 잘 접수되었다는 메일도 받았구요..그리고 Health Page2가 생략이 되고 Health Page1 다음 바로 Character 로 넘어갔습니다.. 비자신청하시는 분들 참고하시길..^^*

제 기억으로는 yes 로 체크하면 다음 단계로 안넘어 가는 줄로 알고 있어요..^^;;
신청할때 적은 주소랑.. 신체검사 홍콩으로 보낼때 제 주소랑 틀리면 안되는건가요?
