-New Main Menu UI -9 new countries unlocked for custom battles (SP and MP) 18 Nations in total -Blood Added -All Stakes and Grenades Removed -Battle AI Improvments (Enemy now advance in thick lines or columns, helps keep co-ordanation) -Numerous Unit Statistic changes, for a more historical and unique approach, -Flags all redone (Thanks JFC) -British now carry Regimental Colours instead of Kings Colours. -Certain units unlocked for MP and SP Custom battles like Brunswick Line Infantry, Flankers, etc.... -New music, more epic music added. -No more boring drumroll, awesome drum beats added (Thanks Brig old bean!) -Old Guard now wearing correct bearskins. (Thanks Radious) -French flag remains vannila, for historical reason that if you fight in 1796 with an Imperial flag, its just not right! Until someone figures out how to create seperate eras, we must stick with one flag to repersent Imperial and Revolutionary eras. |

CAI -AI devoted more money early to infrastructure so they can get bigger and meaner later. -AI minors now a lot more improved -AI creates a bit more cavalry -Less small stacks, larger ones now the main goal for the AI. -AI more aggressive after declaring war. BAI -AI Now more likely to try and outflank -General stays behind army -Reworked minor issues -AI does not like to use melee, almost never! (So melee bug gone) -AI does no longer face perpendicular to their enemy, they line up parallel. GAMEPLAY -New awesome and historically accurate drum and bugle sounds. Researched sounds of attack, retreat, charge, march, etc... (Thanks Srisiam) -New musket and cannon sound, now the actual sounds of a musket and cannon fire, recorded live from a real musket and cannon (Thanks Srisiam) -Blood added -Dust decreased, does NOT kill FPS. -Soldiers now fire by LINE OF SIGHT (LOS) which is historically accurate, so if a unit has a good sight on his enemy counterpart, he will fire. -To make up for the more units firing, accuracy and damage for muskets has been reduced by about 40% -Unit sizes now 240 for Line Infantry on Ultra, Lights now 180, Artillery now 32. -Greatcoats added to Russian and Prussian Musketeers -Bicorn and Shakos now both worn by French Fusiliers in the 1805 fashion -Experience gains tinkered with. -All units can now be put on 'guard' mode. -Historically accurate flags added, set with the 1805 standards. -British now carry a regimental flag. -All grenades and stakes removed. -French and Russian retextures to line infantry and some other units -Main menu title changed, buttons now vanilla buttons. -Unique cannon shots, canister size depends now on cannon pound size (e.g.: 12lb) -Men now have about 5-15% MORE ammunition. -Units now march slower by about 20% -Charge bonus reduced slightly -Grapeshot reloads a little slower -Missile penetration tweaked. Cannons are more beefy in knockback. -Cannon Long range lethality dialled sown a bit. -Only the better units now are shock resistant (a morale bonus power) -Ships accelerate a lot slower to vanilla -Austrians now wear 1805 helmet -Stats changed to suit the armies of 1805, like the French are more accurate, the British have more moral, Russians have more ammunition, etc.... -The French musician reskinned to historically accurate uniform. -Fire Arch greater for player, lower for AI so it now will fight parallel to the enemy, instead of perpendicular. -Loading screens changed to historical paintings -Swedish now wear the Iberian Top Hat instead of the 1812 Kiwer shako. -Moral and Fatigue stats tinkered with. -No rank fire -Certain units unlocked for SP and MP battles, like Brunswick Line Infantry, Dutch Flanquers, etc.... -Other various small enhancements all over. |
